I do recommend you play Vanilla until you're more comfortable with the game and such, the speedrunning modpack makes the game easier in some ways so maybe not the greatest thing to dive into early, if you just want the 4 boon selection thing you can find the mod on GitHub probably, it's called DontGetVorimed

I have one of each weapon aspect fully upgraded, I have every Keepsake unlocked (not all leveled though), Ive completed like 4 different levels of heat for like 75% of the weapons. Now I'm just stuck grinding for nectars to donate to the Olympic gods and my drive to play is really tanking.

well, basically.. when you start the game, you'll be set off to your first run. You'll be a little weak Zagreus. If you die, you go to the house of Hades, where you can upgrade your skills and become a much stronger Zagreus. About the dungeons? Just do them over and over again, you'll learn the encounters as time goes on ^-^

as you play, youll get better and learn enemy patterns and how to avoid attacks - dont worry if it takes you a while to beat it! also, if youre just interested in the story and want an easier experience, you can turn on god mode in the settings which will give you 20% damage resistance which will go up by 2% every time you die up to 80%. it also doesnt disable achievements and it doesnt lock you out of any content

Hell mode adds 1 point of heat and has 4 other heat modifiers locked in, 2 of those are Jury summons (more enemies) and Calisthenics (enemies have more health), both of which are really bad modifiers, if you were to push heat you would avoid those for a good bit
