Chaos has boons that temporarily lower your dash distance or move speed, but with Achilles Spear you are mostly moving using the spear rush, so those drawbacks don't affect you as much as with other weapons

but hades is a bigger game than they've previously made, and they haven't said anything about it, so

hey i read the faq that we cannot trasnfer xbox data to pc or switch, but canm i continue on my pc save file with now using game pass version of the game, my save data is from steam

You can in fact transfer between Steam and Xbox if you have Game Pass

Check the pin. It's just not "officially" supported.

Increase your affinity to him.

Pretty much just keep gifting him things, do more runs, talk to everyone. Eventually, there's a work order you have to do him for him that should be very obvious when you get there.
