You only have a 10% chance for an exchange when you pick up a boon, and that can be any out of Attack, Special, Cast, and Dash.

So the odds of finding an exchange specifically for Attack are really low.

you need:

1. a fated list of minor prophecies in your house,
2. reaching final boss,
3. spend 5 titan blood unlocking new aspects (not zagreus tho),
4. talk to achilles and wait till he gives you the waking phrase,
5. equip spear and unlock the aspect.

There's not really much of a difference in terms of effect because rarity and pom bonuses are additive. Poms give diminishing returns, some boons can't be upgraded with poms.

Rarity upgrades are only from Eurydice, Rare Crop, and exchanges.

And definitely Tidal Dash over Hunter Dash.

Most importantly, my times just seem to be consistently good with Drunken Strike, and Deadly Strike has a lot of variance.

Depends on how the run is going. You can get PBs with Tiny Vermin, and some builds kill it so fast, it's only maybe a couple seconds slower. There's a lot of RNG that can slow you down, and Tiny Vermin is just one factor among many.

Which doesnt make much sense when he is already released from the contract, does it?

Gilgamesh can be a lot of fun and it's perfectly viable even for like 50+ Heat, but it's also generally considered the worst aspect in the game by most top players.

But that's comparing optimal gameplay with every aspect.

Which tbh doesn't apply to most players. It's very possible that you'll do a lot better with Gilgamesh than some other aspects.

At a top player level, too, if that's the aspect you invest the most time in.

It's def one of the best aspects just for clearing anything up to like 32.

You can dash between Attacks. That helps a lot with spacing your Attacks.

Blade Dash is good on Stygius.

And Death Defiance is generally a lot easier for new players than Stubborn Defiance.

Stubborn Defiance is not an upgrade, it's a side-grade. You have to choose between Death Defiances and Stubborn Defiance.
