However I've always two sacked, except the ONE time I went for a miniboss room, I tend to avoid mini bosses in styx unless I have a chance of getting a really useful boon, because by then, I already have many good boons and others become totally obsolete because I'm only fighting hades
I don't remember when I got the sack the run I did go for a mini boss, but when I go for normal rooms I always two sack and zag comments on how fast he found it most of the time

you just seem to have really good luck, afaik the sac can appear anywhere from rooms 2~5, but never the first room, speedrunners typically go for miniboss rooms since those can be done faster than the other rooms that have waves of enemies.

At least more money means more potential meta-progress because you can afford to buy Charon's diamond/titan blood, extra Styx bonuses, health refills, DD refills if you're using standard DD, even more efficiency/recovery/power via the items that summon troves and chaos gates, et ceters, et cetera.
The game's economy is as much a part of your effectiveness as anything else.

Speedrun and high heat meta is entirely Deep Pockets. 100 obols early guarantees you can shop at Tartarus mid-shop, and you want to spend money at shops so often, you'll barely get anything out of Golden Touch.

It's fine to trade some Ambrosia for Titan Blood. Upgrading the weapon aspects will help you get both more Ambrosia and more more Titan Blood.

You should take minibosses first because they're much faster. The sack can't be in the first tunnel you enter, after that it's RNG.

The practice you get is more important than sack RNG. Good speedrunners can get sub 10 reliably with a 5-sack even. You'll get there.

I wouldn't expect any big changes, but they've fixed a lot of issues like that during Early Access. Should generally be fine, but there are so many ways in which the dialogues can progress that there can always be issues that slipped through.

a thing to note about how dialogue works in this game is that you're not always guaranteed to see a certain piece of dialogue immediately. the game only checks that you have met the minimum requirements, and adds that to your available pool of dialogue. certain things are weighted with more priority but ultimately you're still at the mercy of rng.
just because you've done all the steps and haven't seen it doesn't necessarily mean you've done anything wrong or are still missing something, the right dialogue may just not have cycled through yet

what's a good build for aspect of hera?

Start Crush Shot, then look for all the poms you can get on your Cast, +1 ammo or Cast damage from Master Chaos, Tidal Dash, Deadly Strike (or Flourish if you can't get Strike), Mirage Shot, and with less priority than those Sweet Nectar, Heart Rend, Snow Burst, Ravenous Will, Smoldering Air, and Parting Shot.
Crush Shot is from Lady Aphrodite, so 
Best hammer is Flurry Shot, and after that Twin or Triple Shot are both amazing.
You wanna try to only charge your Attack as far as necessary to hit your targets, and you wanna try to only load as many Casts as necessary to kill your target.
So try to get a feel for that.
Make sure you check every Well of Charon for +1 ammo or Cast damage.
Check the Well between biomes before taking a keepsake. Boneless Hourglass in Elysium or the Temple of Styx is amazing if you can get +1 ammo or Cast damage in the Well.
Mirror should be er... Fiery, Chthonic, DDs, Greater Reflex, Boiling, Infernal, Deep Pockets (you really want that because you wanna spend a lot of money in shops asap because Cast builds are greedy for poms and boons), High Confidence (+25% damage on your Cast is too good to pass up on, and you honestly don't need the extra HP with the DPS you can get), Family Favorite, Dark Foresight, Legacy, Persuasion.
That's how you build Hera for optimal DPS.
Oh yeah, Hunter's Mark is also decent if you have Deadly Strike.
