Not sure but God's Legacy (mirror talent) increases it by 10% when maxed. I've been running it for a while now, and that plus rerolls means I normally get 1 duo boon per run for sure.

Also, in case you're curious, ME requires either Ares' attack or special, and either Athena's attack or special.

Another tip I find helpful is to fill up your 5 attacks first, so that it frees up the boon selections for non-attack boons
