Mirror and weapon lvl, you mostly have to become better at the game.

It's not so much that you need to be tankier, it's more just learning attack animations/patterns and responding appropriately,
there's also a lot of ||pacts|| which don't directly impact how hard/fast the monsters hit, so you can start there when learning ||heat||
