Hm... I wouldn't say it's the "worst", but at least (in my opinion of course) a too much specific one, is the Aphrodite / Athena duo. Requires you to have some kind of specific build, and is not really easy to use against boss, who move a lot.

But, well, if you use it, for example with shield hidden aspect it's murderous. It's just, in my sense, veeeery specific.

With curse of longing, more often than not you're gonna use a fast weapon for dire misfortune and your uptime for doom is high enough already. Because of hitting with fast weapon, curse of longing would probably proc one time after the original doom

Ahh yeah, you're quite right about it, it's not the best if you use it with a fast weapon. But it depends where is your doom buff ;
For example, take the Fists. If doom is on the Attack, and Weaken on special, I agree it's not very effective.
Buuut if you put Weaken on attack and Doom on special, you just keep damaging, put a special, damage, put a special... Meanwhile the ennemies keep getting continuous damages
