Works out to be a 54.4% chance for a sack in tunnel 2. ellomenop looked into the details for that and shared them in the speedrun server.

I think the best way they could do this is making the other bosses like the first chamber, where the other possible bosses are the exact same difficulty
A monster like Hecatoncheires and Cyclops could work well in the Hydra chamber, and other Champions of elsyium that work together like maybe the tragedy muse and comedy muse..or maybe Perseus and Cadmus/Bellerophon?
