@sharp fossil The "ding" is always earlier than a normal bob, so what I do essentially is that I brace for the ding on every bob unless it takes more than a certain amount of time, cause then I almost know its a bob. When it bobs again I brace for the ding again. The moment it bobs thrice I am in full focus mode

@floral shore depends on your build. EM3 he can't hit you while you chase king around, and with a high dps build you can just nuke him instantly. 4 hunting blades does the trick pretty quick.

I find that it's always best to build for the final boss in Hades, rather than taking boons that will help you clear rooms. The rooms feel a lot easier and less threatening than bosses once you understand the game. Anyone else feel the same?
