Those rooms basically let you get two boons at once if you survive the trials. Each God has a different sort of Effect when you anger them so you may actually want to pick the ones with the hardest effect and deal with the ones that are easier to handle

Well I'll tell you this, again, some gods are harder than others. For example, if Athena is there, you are usually pretty safe by not picking her because her effect just makes enemies invulnerable for a couple of seconds
You can just wait her out

2.Try to get a full call for the last third of it's health to destroy it

@brisk trail maybe if you just compare the Dragon Rush, but the special of Beo is like a guan yu special with multihit. Also the special from Beo interrupts/staggers enemies, so totally different than the normal shield special. You can go artemis with it and crit for 2k+ with it. the dragon rush itself can be used to get 20% more dmg after a block (hammer upgrade) so the playstyle changes in that aspect too at times.

So, I've been meaning to ask. How does the game decide the number of doors you gotta go through in Styx? I just had a disgusting run at 40 heat where I had to go through all 5 doors. It's impossible to finish, even on 9 minutes deadline.

I had a 9 minutes deadline and I had less than 2 minutes remaining to fight final boss. And I cleared everything pretty fast since I had a high damage build... So maybe the RNG should be tweaked a bit here, I'm really salty to lose such a good run because of RNG and not because I played bad.
