Hey did anyone's Shield ever work like a ranged weapon at some point? On my first run with the Shield, instead of bull rushing, the charge would just release as a ranged attack(it was incredibly OP). Is this a bug? It's fine now though.

Some have a lock on their heart which means you have to get a quest for them. The ones who haven’t had their quests implemented into the game yet will have the clock symbol. I don’t think they tell you which is which in-game.

So I'm curious, is there a good reason to give the golden flasks to the same person multiple times over?
I accidentally gave Dionysus a second one because I forgot I had already given one to him even though there's a ton more people I haven't gifted yet. But it doesn't really show any future unlockables listed from giving him multiple flasks, so is it worth pursuing?

theres 5 (eventually to be 6) non-olympian chara you can receive a summon from with high enough affection, but beyond that raising affection doesnt serve any purpose besides giving you more narrative (besides the initial gift you get). theres dialogue thats locked behind certain levels of affection, but i cant think of anything offhand that affects gameplay thats locked behind affection, beyond the summons
if you like the characters, go ahead and gift them, if thats not your thing, you'll probably inevitably get it done later on anyway once you hoard a bunch of resources
there are quests locked behind high affection, i should note........ not sure any of the aspect quests are, i dont think so....

Lol, I was charging the spin attack for the spear and the doom effect killed the hydra. Then afterwards I was still in the spin attack charging pose but I could move around freely. It was pretty funny

You don't need to be switching constantly to learn every weapon, and you don't, in fact, need to learn every weapon. Just focusing on the ones you like most is perfectly fine, too.

Rotating Darkness is fine. Usually you will have a couple of weapons that you really like using anyway, so Dark Thirst is a neat bonus. But you don't have to rotate everything just for the sake of doing it. You will have enough resources.

gloves, sword, and arrow are currently what has gotten me the farthest with 16,14,and 12 heat. spear, shield, and gun are like at 4-6 heat at the moment cause i only really use them when im bored and want to try something new just cause i personally dont like em that much except for the guan yu spear. that spear is fun

Aspect of Hades, Serrated Edge, crit attack. Look for Dash-Strike damage-ups.
You'll rarely need to use the spin buff against standard enemies, but it smokes minibosses and bosses.

Spin on enemies with Hades and you deal additional Attack (but not spin) and Special damage.
So your poke and Dash-Strike and Skewer get the bonus.

im a big fan of the fist especially the demeter fist, i like the 5x uppercut.
i usually go hard on it with solo demeter attack boon and then try to get decay or exploding chill to finish things off fast, getting the legendary boon is also wonderful. zeus attack and demeter special is nice especially cause it sets ya up for there duo boon which is nice

The dude that sells keys for gems or nectar for keys or etc. At his store its pretty much 1000 gems to get one titan blood, 100 keys to get one titan blood, or 20 nectar to get one titan blood right?

Selling Ambrosia for it I think is a good trade early on. Later, you'll get a lot just from clearing, so that you won't really need to trade for it at all.

I'm coming into this with a lot of hours in other, similar games. That being said, it took me a while to get good at them. It can be a slow process, for sure. My best advice, something I learned from martial arts—slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Practice timing dashes instead of constantly dodging, waiting to use attacks until they're in a good position.

I personally do god trinkets first 3 levels and for the 4th level I just take the cerbus trinket for more health or coin pouch to help me buy stuff. Sometimes I do pouch for the 3rd level if I messed up and lost a death defiance to help me buy one. But typically doing that method helps you focus on 3 gods that either synergize well or that you simply like and make the game pretty easy. Like I personally love demeter so I sometimes just start each game with demeter. Today I wanted to do a deflect crit build so I just did athena and arthritis trinket to help out. Usually getting the gods ya want makes the game a bit easier
