Clearing rooms faster means your ingame timer on your victory screen will be lower due to you just clearing faster 
And
Clearing rooms without getting hit will likely lead to you getting your victory screen because you notably aren’t taking damage and dying
Aside from that the game doesn’t really keep track of hitless or speed (aside from the aforementioned keepsakes)

Lightning strike is a pretty straight forward pick for eris (and rail in general). Tidal dash is good damage by itself, but include the buff from eris and you have a menace of damage option. Aphrodite special adds more damage to those specials while openning smouldering air if you pick up zeus or dionysus call for yet more dps
with zeus strike you’re going to want static discharge from zeus for more dps, it’s really a massive boost but it’s hard to tell that it is without a dps meter installed

I would hard push for lightning strike due to the straight damage and aoe it gives rail strike where hangover doesn’t really achieve the same results at all

a lesser call gives a boss a full stack of hangover on its own
or an enemy
So a greater call is just using 4 bars for the effect of maybe 1.5
For most calls, you should not bother with greater calls

1 is losing build control which you don’t need a whole lot of on Zeus
2 you mostly have to play safer in tart since no thick skin
3 is quite rough since you lose casts(no boiling blood) and either second dash or RR damage/dodge
4 you have to clear on one life
