Hello there. Can someone explain to me how dash-strike works with the Coronauht? In particular, how hunter dash from Artemis works with it. From the description it should increase the damage by 50% (no levels, white rarity), yet I just cannot find a way how to get arrows that do more damage than normal attack.

Yes, that is how I get charged shot charge faster. Still I just don't see any improvements on damage part. Even more - it almost like it slightly less powerful even. In my current run, if I charge shot (no boons on attack, twin shot hammer) I do 128 or 130 damage to the unarmored wretched thug. If I dash - I acharge power shot faster, but it always do 128 damage, never 130 even. That is clearly not an increase from dash attack. Or power shot after dash is not considered dash-attack and to get the benefits from Arthemis boon I have to shoot as fast as possible after I dashed?

technically yes, although some stuff works differently
priority boons (attack, special, cast, and dash) are always offered if all of them aren't full. so if you don't have a cast and special, you will always be offered at least one of those whenever you pick up a boon. you might also get a replace so that's inconvenient sometimes
duos are also a higher priority, so that might get offered to you as well
