so cold compresses, cold/cool packs, tepid baths and showers, over the counter meds, fluids that don't dehydrate like juice, coconut water, normal water, smoothies, 'cold' soups and broths

#

clothes should be airy and non restrictive. same goes to blankets, so no weighted blankets. expect to change the sheets more rapidly

#

if coconut water is too boring, 'flavours' like chocolate and pineapple-watermelon exist. also himalayan pink salt but that has potential environmental implications.

these flavours can have additional benefits, too. cocoa powder is a good source of minerals like magnesium, and pineapple is well known for its inflammatory reducing properties

oh also pumpkin has de-swelling properties too so pumpkin soup is a good starter idea for soups

Career-wise, it's all over the place, and a single course isn't going to decide your career anyway (ideally).

Another factor could be the teachers for the class, if you know anything about them.

A technique I like for picking between two things is a coin flip. If you're okay with the result, roll with it. If you're disappointed, then do the other one.

Looking at the examples from the visual storytelling one, it seems to be focused around branding and identity, and not much emphasis on telling a story in the same sense as Gone Girl

The game dev one looks like a pretty standard Unity class where you learn the basics and make a small game

It boils down to which aspect of game creation interest's you more, right? I've always idiolized plot and story lines/twists as more important then game mechanics. I feel in my case at least creating an intresting plot twist is much easier then creating a fresh game mechanic.

You can try adding chocolate and make mocha out of it. I'd prob stay away from adding lemon syrup, bitter and acid is a bad combo, though you can add a bit of simple syrup.

i had the three months trial once and it was nice but like. some ads here and there arent a big deal at all. theres no difference besides that for desktop that was worth the cost for me. mobile client on the other hand.. they like to make that as inconvenient as possible for free users, but i only use that when im in the car

YouTube music does a neat thing where every week I get a new mix of 50 songs that are loosely related to what I've been listening to / liking / adding to playlists, but with a bit of randomization thrown in for the algorithm. It's actually worked out really well for me, most of the songs are w/e but I frequently find gems that I can add to my playlists

It's not quite as convenient as the old Google Play "I'm feeling lucky", but having it on a weekly schedule is actually kinda nice
