Hello, I’m not sure it’s the right place, but I don’t know where else to go. I made an order in the merch shop back on 27.04. I got last update from usps on 05.05 and haven’t heard about my package ever since. I emailed Supergiant support twice - 2.5 weeks and 1.5 weeks ago accordingly and haven’t got any answer except the auto-reply one.

Only the sender can inquire usps on international orders, and the sender is Supergiant, and I can’t seem to be able to reach them out.

Could anyone please give me a hint on what else can I do?
