i use urbanears plattan 2 for phone/outside and logitech g935 at home
so i can vouch for both of those being worth buying
the plattan can be bluetooth and wired, plus the audio jack on it can be used to chain on someone else's headphones
their stuff is generally pretty durable
and in many colours
on the small end tho so not comfortable for everyone's head, and fairly good audio as opposed to very good
g935 can be 3.5 jack or wireless receiver
good sound quality and wireless range
mic mute can be buggy and it is a little large for me so I'm always worried about it falling off my head

but people in general overlook how much of ancient religion is one long long game of copypasta
(and yes the romans def copied a lot but they're not the same in how they were worshipped or in the characterization of characters: see Ares being much more hotblooded/buffoonish in Greek while Athena is The Awesome War God; Romans otoh really quite revere Mars (Ares) as the war god [and Mithras, a foreign god as well] and Minerva (Athena) is significantly lesser as a war goddess in their mythos)

Not particularly. A few bits are my own, but most are excerpts. The italicized ones are a reference to a 16th century French poem about how love is torment called "Je vis, je meurs" and the chorus has a French saying "Araignee du matin, chagrin; araignee du soir, espoir." which means "Spider in morning, grief; spider in evening, hope"

The saying is obviously a reference to Widowmaker's spider motif, and Je Vis, Je Meurs is used because the songs about how Widowmaker was brainwashed and used to kill her own husband which further broke her mind.

With Lament For Me, the chorus is basically meant to represent a few things. Firstly, it's how, even if Samuel never really knew his mother and Maria wasn't able to spend much time with Samuel, the two cared about each other deeply due to his father Harriet's abusive tendencies. Hence the "Cry, cry, cry" representing that the two will indeed miss each other. The "My, my, my" is how Maria still is very possessive of her son and how Samuel shares a few of those possessive tendencies with his lover Jeremiah. "Bye, bye, bye" is indicative of Maria letting Samuel go, and Samuel learning to move on from his family. "I won't cry for you" is how Maria still is somewhat racist toward Lycanthropes and therefore does not pity the issues Sam and Jer will face because she thinks it's deserved, and also how Sam doesn't particularly pity his mother for staying with his father because he knows that she's more than capable of leaving. And then "I'll lament for you" is representing how Maria doesn't want to see her son leave, but also how Sam doesn't want to leave his mother in a bad situation because he knows about her dependency issues.

what relation did greeks burying bodies historically have to greek mythology?
or, even if not historical, what would be some decent explanations for that?

ok, more greek mythology questions, this one is way more open
i'm running a dnd campaign where the pantheon are the greek gods, and it's heavily inspired by hades, most of the characters and personalities in hades align
but in dnd, there are gods for non greek stuff, like there might be a god of tabaxi or aarakocra
and because these are exotic races, i feel like it doesn't make sense for gods to interface with them in the traditional sense
so the question, does anyone have a good idea on a nice way to handle this? ideas i had were either
- they could be some of the gods "side projects". like maybe hermes saw some eagles one day and was like "heh,i should help these guys out" or whatever, and the other gods don't really interact with it
- i could try to get non-olympian gods to interact, but this is where my knowledge of greek mythology starts to fail me, because i don't really know if that's a thing
