Sgg takes on the mythology is what made it interesting to me in the first place. As Greg put it "they're basically a large dysfunctional family" who just do happen to back each other's backs.

This is a far cry (hehe) from how other media portrays Greek mythology (the god of War series is my immediately springs to my mind) and even that has shifted to Nordic mythology instead.

If sgg decides to continue down the mythology path I can easily forsee them choosing to go for roman or Egyptian mythology. But I forsee a whole new ip coming instead

But I think Hades 1 spent all of EA at its launch price with the big explicit disclaimer that the price would not increase on launch, so the fact that H2 EA launched with "It might get more expensive," had people on edge.

The roadmap has stated for over like 3 months that basically nothing except balance and story is coming at 1.0

Now due to leaked achievements we know thats at least somewhat of a lie with the secret encounter, and we know we're likely gifting hypnos + hades at 1.0(and possible one more, but no idea who)
