i have been having this issue ongoing for months now and i have tried contacting support multiple times before, and the issue still persists. sometimes i get ghosted, sometimes they tell me to do something that i have told them i've done already.

during games, my microphone stops working and i stop hearing other players. i have done everything related to audio, sound and voice as presented in the website.

sometimes it stops completely, sometimes the teammates' audio comes back but my microphone doesn't, sometimes it's the other way around. this also occurs randomly.

this is incredibly frustrating. i used to play this game for hours on end, but since this issue started, i have tried to pick it up throughout different updates, and yet this issue still goes on.

if it takes long time just try runnin an hunt you can indentify the ghost during the hunt pretty often, especially with the previously collected evidence

Ive tried identifying based on hunts. I can only figure out if a ghost stands out if I record and then go back and watch the recording as in the moment I just focus on surviving which hang on that isnt even a bad idea

even if you dont know the behaviour of ghosts you can just look it as a person with common sense and guess or explain what you saw to the people here

Sounds -> Volume mixer -> Make sure Phasmo tab is turned up, input volume on audio device is up, etc

With evidence, and without evidence, the ghosts are very different in difficulty.
Moroi is pretty easy without evidence.
With evidence, I don't see it as much easier than other things.
IF you get spirit box, you rule out oni and jinn which can drain sanity fairly aggressively.
If I understand correctly, pulty can too.

In that time it's possible for them to step in other salts until the transition is complete.
