I really think they should make it that you get a .1x multiplier at 0 minutes, and, 1x at 5 mins and a 2x multiplier at 10 min. There should be a benefit for methodical play, 0ev is great but you should be punished for not getting the ghost. The company lost money, you shouldn't get money if you are bad at the game. You get a lower multiplier if you failed your last game above 6x

Otherwise you only encourage quick and sloppy play

If you get the ghost type wrong, your multiplier drops down to the next default difficulty, usually 6x

It just encourages bad play, quick guessing and sloppy play, it spoils the experience. If p20 is to be respected then it should be relatively difficult rather than simply time consuming, otherwise you will only get a lot of good longer term players and shitty kids using cheap tactics to grind, and cheaters with it.

What is rewarded is what is encouraged. If you punish people for long but thought through emails, then all you will get is shorter emails, not more concise information

Hey folks a bit of a question before I might make a bug report or smt. But does anyone else seem to have immense issues with finding evidence of the ghosts? Just had an onryo where we spent 20 mins looking for freezing and it didn't show

Freezing in particular is just a function of where the ghost spends its time. So if a ghost roams a lot, events outside its room, changes favorite rooms, or hunts, it will take longer for the temps to reach freezing, or they might not at all (especially once the ghost starts hunting often).

Correct. If the shade is outside if the room but within the range of the items it can still interact.

Ohhh okay. So a couple things I do… in #1254568921110024254 you can see hunt thresholds for the different ghosts in that channel.

To always be prepared as best as you can, while you are looking for the ghost room also check for hiding spots and choose one depending on ghost location.

If you feel more comfortable hiding every time to start that’s fine. Eventually you’ll get much better at telling the difference. I’ve seen seasoned players even make the mistake.

If you use toggle for sprint you also don’t need to use it all at once. You can press, let go for a sec, press, let go. Sometimes that helps getting around certain place to escape a ghost.

And if you did not know, if it is a deo hiding won’t matter. But super slow when it gets slow so you can easint loop it around something.

If its in tech support, thats a seperate thing going on. And do trust that it can be a console issue, consoles can also have bugs or issues on their own, and i do know xbox and ps5 have been having thermal issues due to poor use of thermal paste. And only some games may set that sorta thing off sadly.

I had a game where I thought it was a banshee following me, kept eventing on me x3. But most of it weren't singing events. So I guessed what happened is it kept teleporting to me event after event, making it feel like it followed me even though the ghost room is really far away.
