No it is based directly on the payment multiplier. Not directly affecting the multiplier of its own.

It’s actually reversed how it is now. I think it should be a setting in custom to alter how much deletes you have so therefore it alters the multiplier by X amount the devs decide

If the ghost has DOTS as evidence, it sometimes switches into a DOTS-state and walk to some location (usually a player)

In that state, it will be visible as a green ghost in the area of the dots device, so you can see it if it walks through such an area

Goryo has an exception where you can only see that through a video camera, and it won't go into the dots state while a player is in the room
