and then smudge until the remaining 30 seconds is up

Well the sound recorder would pick up more subtle sounds. That’s why they use them on ghost hunts to pick up EVP’s a video camera wouldn’t pick up that quiet of an audio source. I mean window tapping is something that needs a visual and audio recording in the same thing to prove it. Otherwise just an audio recording one could argue you just tapped the window.

I mean I get it now why you can’t. I just didn’t know that video cameras had no audio at all to them 😂. That seems so foreign to me.

I do know you have to be within proximity of the ghost sometimes for it to work but I'm not sure exactly why it works for some people but it doesn't for others but it doesn't sound like there's anything wrong with your headset or your setup

The training can be kind of janky on some things like for instance for some people they have issues with the thermometer working correctly and actually getting the correct position of the ghost to get the freezing temps so I mean it doesn't surprise me that the t1 Spirit box is giving so much issues

But as long as the red marker is popping up for a response there's nothing wrong with your headset

Ghost appears on dots when I was stood with a camera in hand.
No ultraviolet footprints from salt.

Put it down as an Oni as I had no orbs and ruled out spirit box.

Turned out it was a Goryo

Is the sound recorder working as intended? I sit around waiting for recordings whenever there isn't a hunt or ghost event and I keep getting duplicates like double whispers, talking, or groaning back to back. hi phasmo chat, i want to know if i did something wrong or if i misunderstood the way the sound recorder works but here is what happened. i was waiting for the ghost to hunt with my sound recorder on. i was literally in the same room as the ghost. the ghost hunted sound recorder showed sound was happening continuously and i tried to record but lo and behold after i smudge the ghost and get back to the van the sound did not show up in my journal

So what may be happening, sometimes the ghost will make ghost event sounds during a hunt, you'll notice this if you've ever pointed the paramic at a ghost during hunt

it could be that sometimes it's catching that which is why some people say you can and others say you cant

Hear me out Summoning circle is good because Nobody even uses it unlike music box as a Grenade for Hunt trolling nobody Cares about it Despite of how good it is. Ok it does cost all your san that's why i always took T1 for the 20 sec no passive san drain + a bit of san regen but you get 2 Pic 2 vids a few audios if you're lucky and constant hunts which help No evidence a lot

Honest quick guide to looping for those that don't know how:

-Pick a hiding spot first, find a loop area near the hiding spot, make sure there's at least one corner between the loop and hiding spot
-Start hunt on opposite side of looping area (ideally something about the size of a car or kitchen counter, couch etc) let the ghost pick a direction, you go the same direction. Don't overcomplicate this in your head, just don't walk right at the ghost and you're golden.

• Account for any objects like trash cans in the looping path as forgetting it can get you killed if you're holding tight to the wall
  -Only sparingly use your sprint until the ghost is getting very close

then there's always a smudge if you run out of sprint

The banshee's favourite does not change unless the favourite either dies or leaves the game.

If the favourite is outside, the banshee can hunt like a normal ghost and kill anyone who is inside. As soon as the favourite player steps back inside, the banshee will target that player.

The banshee still goes off the favourite players sanity though even if they're outside the house.
They still do cursed hunts and normal hunts
