the rewards are deliberately limited to stop it feeling forced/necessary

Banshee has a 50% hunt threshold but only cares about the sanity of the target (even if they're not in the building). In ideal conditions Banshee can hunt at 87% team sanity.

Banshee has a target until that person dies. Their sanity is what determines a hunt no matter where they are. If target is outside of house, itll kill anyone during hunt.
