The orbs are a weakness that they will always have, even in zero evidence games. It's not actually their evidence. They cannot mimic any other evidence types then what they have. But this does mean that they can mimic abilities of the evidence types they do have such as deo box obake finger prints

all my mimic games were recording the orbs just fine, the video camera is very bugged so dont be surprised when that happens. try dropping and picking up the cam next time or trying to record orbs from a different angle, they were outside the window in one of my runs and i couldnt record them because of that. when your journal is full the camera will still record things, they just wont be saved anywhere.

as I understand that you are grinding the achievement with a regular/cursed hunt, but it won't work, or rather the chance that the Demon will choose the ability instead of the regular start of the hunt is small. You don't need to grind a hunts, you need to get "ability" before first minute. That's why you need >70% sanity at least (You can just set 75% sanity and 0 sanity drain speed, thaye won't hunt)

Well, I'm not sure this says too much but the ghost was fast from the beginning (in my custom settings I have the breaker ON at start) , and I actually counted the smudge timer to 7s, so I went with Moroi. Failed.

I might do it, although I don't have good experience with bug reports. I have a list of them actually (and I guess many other ppl do as well), hoping that some of them will get fixed in the upcoming patches. I reported earlier that the Mare don't use any abilities even in longer games sometimes, and my report got deleted, who knows why. But to my satisfaction, streamer Casson had a 60 mins no-evidence game today with a Mare using ZERO abilities the entire time.
