the new content in 4.1 and 4.2 will make a lot more lag but its not a core part or feature of the main game and will be considered sdecondary but adds way more content that you could use parts of

its the space and other planets thats going to cause the most lag but that part is going to be focused more toward pvp and leaving the earth and the zombies behind

for greener pastures

and most of the content that can be used without making really more lag will just be the engineering mods and new blocks i will add for those updates

version 3.9 will have actally lower performance during zombie hordes and in cities but cities arent a requirement and are completely optional when making a world and also the zombies are a main part and since also my desktop is worse htan most here anyways

but its a chunky card

How to run a Spark profile

Spark is a helpful mod to help debug performance issues. Get it from here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/spark

To start a profiler run the command /spark profiler start in game. This may tell you that there is a profiler already running, you will need to stop that with /spark profiler stop before starting a new one.

Once the profiler has been running for a bit (10 seconds to a couple minutes) run /spark profiler stop and spark will give you a link in chat, have a look yourself or share here to find out what is causing peformance issues.

You can also run a client profile, for FPS issues, using the /sparkc commands instead of the /spark commands. The rest of the command is the same.

Not to my knowledge, unless someone amazing has made a lot of Bedrock addons to make Pixelmon for Bedrock. Usually "modding" Bedrock cannot do the same thing as Java can.

Java is meant to be played on PC/Mac (and in some cases phones/tablets), while Bedrock is more cross platform as it covers consoles and everything I already mentioned

very very breif and simple explanation that glosses over most of it. unzip the pack and there should be a bat file that say run or something along those lines. run run and it should generate new files. there will be a eula double click it change false to true. then rerun the run file it shoudl generate more files and a white box with a graph and a terminal will appear to signal the server is on. you need to either port forward your world or use playit.gg to allow people to accses it online
