Yes some content doesn't allow for Part 2 valks most likely because the stages weren't built to handle you jumping and P2 story also doesn't allow for Part 1 valks

In practice in most cases WT valks are only really useful for getting crystals from unlocking them in Elysian realm. Partly because they are powercrept and partly because it is very hard to get their gear see pins for a priority list and they get added when Hoyo wants to no one here know what their priority is and when they add someone new.

You should be decently close to getting it every patch at this point the main thing is that in Abyss a valk without their weapon means that you are not retaining on their weather so you always want to be able to get the weapon when you get the valk.

Yes, pri arming has no downside. You get some extra passives and can upgrade it to level 65 once you reach level 81
The warning is mostly related to P1 where you could use weapons of the same weapon type to forge another pri arm

all the missions are there as long as you're under whatever the level cap is, there's a requirement to clear 2 stages of realms of battle for a lot of them but you can do these even if you've already completed it for the week

Li Sushang has multiple battlesuits (forms) so just saying her name isn't enough. In general it's always best to refer to the battlesuit name or abbreviation. You can search the latter in the pinned glossary in the beginner help channel.
When looking at other guides, try to understand the underlying reason and don't just accept advice blindly. Also check the date. The guide you looked at might be very old.
You're probably referring to Jade Knight which is the free farmable one. The role of JK is to farm sp > cast her ult to give the team ice breach (ignore a portion of enemy resistance stats).
HoHE's previous team without her new weapon can use JK and Pardo (RC). At full gear, Shigure Kira (Sugary Starburst) actually replaces Pardo but if you're a beginner and keeping things cheap, then stick with RC. Final answer is yes you can use this but do NOT expect it to use it well in late game. This is only for temporary purposes until you spend crystals to get something better from the gacha in the future.

every gacha p2 s rank is a dps/support hybrid. the leader is the dps and everyone else in the team is the support.
whether they fit in the team depends on the tags they have
p2 team building is basically the leader has a certain astral ring type and the other valks need a tag that makes them compatible with the leader's astral ring type
the other characters don't have to have the same astral ring as the leader, they just need the correct tag

these weapons aren't going to be of in-battle use. The purpose to getting them is to tune (integrate) them into the dorm divine key from which you can gain slight global passive stats (generally +10 atk per weapon sync) that do total up to significant differences
of all these weapons, only Star of Eden Anti Entropy isn't available anywhere else currently. If you have to pick something now then pick that. All other weapons here can be obtained from the permanent reserve works shop in the battlepass.
the ideal excessive long term answer (that you can prob ignore) is the box doesn't expire and you don't benefit much from +10 atk alone. you can hold for now in the worst unlikely case they force SoEAE on you some other way in the future, after which you may pick some other weapon you don't own to cut down on the reserve works grind, or get the max affix selector box which aren't common to get.

first of all the guide button in the game doesn't get updated so it gets outdated very quickly. Do not refer to it
Second of all, can you tell me more about what kind of objectives you have with the game? Advice here is generally meta orientated so you can compete against other players and get more crystals from abyss
Vita is by no means a requirement for an hohe leader team. She isn't typically on that team either.
HoHE also isn't recommended to invest in at this point for meta purposes if you don't already have her stuff but I think we covered this before (that, or i confused you with someone else)
It's ok to stray from meta focuses but you need to be clear so I can properly adjust my advice
So far the only impression I've got is you seem fixated on HoHE and want to build some kind of "best" team for her.
But last time we discussed, I explained to you how that best only exists with context (it doesn't exist in a vacuum). Maybe that's too complicated for a fresh player though. (but i also gave you the common bests that she uses too)

No i don't recommend spending crystals on it
this is bit more detailed but lantern is prob one of the least rewarding astral ring valks to invest in. She's over a year old now and she's always been lackluster in all her roles.
And again you're casual so if lantern isn't a focus to you, i don't see the point of spending crystals that you won't have as much of getting it
while i say that hohe will deal poor damage in charging state, you may not mind it. Otherwise we can consider something else instead

yeah but i don't recommend RS either. It's very difficult to recommend a rerun in general. You're not meta but the main issue for now is I don't know what your crystal situation is like and we should prioritize HoHE weapon first

don't worry about the pictures and names. They're meaningless. instead you can click on each of them
The big blue one is the ring type. The main importance of this is that if you set the valk as a leader, that ring type determines the entire team's playstyle (any astral ring valk can be a leader dps)
if you click on a ring type, you'll see a popup that mentions what it matches with along the lower section

You can see at the bottom here, that the big blue icon (ring type) is matching with a smaller non blue icon. These are tags.
Tags mainly are important for determining what teams a valk can support if they are not the leader.
alot of newer players think that astral ring is all about matching ring types but this is false. It's about matching the leader's ring type, with tags of the supports.
Every ring type has a specific matching tag. Matching the tag will allow the support to provide core functionalities to the team's ring type playstyle.

Yeah as long as you play regularly and keep up with full new releases (not every one of them. f2p income and average rates don't allow that but skipping once in a while is still ok), you'll get enough of a roster to handle most situations to stay high in abyss

There really isn't that much more to say tbh. Ring playstyles aren't always complicated
but ok let's start over
wheel of destiny dps are all about staying on field for long periods of time (as the faq said)
during outburst you lose your ability to swap characters, and instead attempting to hit a character swap button will summon a phantom instead
a phantom will start a rondo in the shadow effect (you can see this above your hp bar) which provide various benefits (the faq says buffs but that's very vague. It's more like accelerating the valk's playstyle like doubling their meter gain)
having a correct tag will grant a longer rondo effect which is why they are important. However a single tag support is enough to cover the whole outburst duration for some WoD dps
that last bit is a bit excessive to know tbh, esp for you when you already have two shadow star valks
anyway let's look at an example
aside from vita setting up her buff at the start (sena already buffed passively), the fight mostly stayed on thelema dps
outburst happens at 1:43
a phantom attack is done at 1:51

and thelema gains two stacks instead of one for each attack she finishes during this time

think about RS weapon after securing HoHE weapon. You may not have the crystals to afford it and by the time RS weapon reruns again, there might be other things you're more interested in

the main idea with vbm is you want to obtain 3 stacks, she obtains a stack through using weapon skill, and can apply a vulnerability debuff with her weapon skill when casting it after a plunge
coralie's ult can also achieve the same result, however in abyss it can be a time loss as it doesnt stop the timer like the s ranks so if you use it, only use it at the beginning of a run
also its preferable you turn off vbm qte to avoid having a situation where lp cant switch in due to switch timer
so tl;dr vbm opening you can either do
ult cast when andrius spawns (if she is ss+)
or wa x2 > jump > basic atk > weapon skill (make sure to hit the boss with the plunge or you dont get the stack/debuff)
fdd can qte in, weapon attack, cast ult to apply her buffs
lp does her dps rotation, ult to enter planet quacker form, weapon active > basic attack sequence until laser > hold atk when bar full > ult if available > repeat until you kill phase 1 of the boss
in transition phase, you need to parry andrius' atks with melee attacks 3 times
then when he drops the meteor dodge it
in phase 2, prioritise breaking the lightning shield before using stellar outburst
keep in mind your supports buffs refresh when entering stellar outburst because they are roo valks

LP has a lot of support options and can work as a cope option if you don't have valks with the correct tag but she can't support HLE optimally. With her you are probably doing HLE,LP,VBm

They're randomly decided when you get the stig

Overall, you should only affix Best-in-Slot Stigmata and generally aim to get as much Atk as possible on your DPS Valkyries first. Ensure that the Battlesuit/Weapon Type matches what the Affix line demands otherwise the Atk will not apply.
Remember only Physical Damage can crit, and "crit ratios" do not apply to Honkai Impact 3rd.
