the reason why asumara is suggesting that is because physical valks in this game rely heavily on a status called impair. Long story short, impair cuts enemy def stats and greatly helps your damage.

HoS is one of the older valks that provides physical support with impair (and other things like sp restoration to sustain MPE's ult) and a farmable one. I don't really recommend investing in her heavily all in all but if you really want to use MPE to some performing capacity, it's an option.

if you can specific a scenario then we can actually reach a consensus of who is better

but scenarios are very skewed in this game so it's not a really interesting topic

and sometimes which is better doesn't matter when both just suck

anyway some examples of how numbers can fluctuate across changing team supports

you can see in some cases it's not too major

for RL cases, as long as you play well i would dare say you can usually retain as long as you have the right leader valk supported by valks with the correct tags as long as there are no weird gimmicks favoring one

of course i can't always guarantee this. There can be some extreme cases on paper

like maybe you somehow find yourself in a room full of whales that dropped out of highest tier in the previous cycle. Very unlikely but theoretically possible

some rank ups can be very notable in benefits but this benefit is usually only really meaningful at the highest tier. At lower tiers it's usually pretty overkill.

but the cost to rank up is basically another valk. If you're f2p you already cannot afford every new release and you're basically asking further to miss another valk entirely down the line.

Missing a whole valk can mean giving up on an entire abyss cycle.

Ai-chan recommends that you keep the box until you have a use case for one of the weapons. Both Purana Phantasma and Nocturnal Stealth have their uses. Key of Ego is generally not recommended.

If you insist on opening the box immediately, Purana is likely to have more usage long-term due to the team tdm buff and RC being able to quickly debuff enemies which may be useful for SS MA.

and these effects can be anything beyond this point

You might only be agony 1 or 2 depending on what battlesuits you have and how good you are at rotations but most newbies can bounce between A2 and A3 with 1-2 gacha battlesuits and a little bit of game knowledge (more A2 with 1 and A3 with 2 but you can demote with 2 if ur unlucky)

And then once you have a full team you’ll start getting redlotus fairly reliably

And 81+ agony 3 gives more crystals than 80 redlotus

thele is not so great anymore. busted WoD support but WoD bosses don't really rotate much anymore.
she still has two or three bosses where her DPS performs best

oh sparkle is also BiS for teri but teri bosses are essentially nonexistent

• Cannot link a Hoyoverse account to your game account. This means no HoyoLab features (like daily check in), no twitch drops, and discord linking to Hoyoverse accounts does not work either. Anything that needs a Hoyoverse account does not work.
• No Crossplay, you can only play through Steam so you cannot play the same account on mobile or use any launchers.
• No Hoyoplay launcher, which lets you play most of your Hoyoverse games from one single launcher.

BENEFITS

• Harder to forget your login, you have to lose your Steam account to lose your HI3 account. It is still very possible to lose your Steam account, but as long as you have access to your Steam account you have your HI3 account.

Doing 1-2 ten pulls and then starting new if you don’t get her is enormously more crystal efficient but it’s annoying and if you don’t have the patience you can skip it
