as for teri op, she's notable for LoA ring type mainly but also RoO (hofi or vita main dps)

most people want s0 for the second stellar shift (super qte) but keep in mind time is still passing during a stellar shift. Wyverein has a video demonstrating the actual damage increase. It's roughly 10% which can be significant (nirv) or not (rl or below).

SS is notable for restoring ARI after your outburst letting you reach a second outburst sooner. Obviously not every fight needs this so this is much more niche. Some fights may not even fully mileage from that second outburst. On the other hand very few specific fights like sprout of wishing will benefit from this extremely where you're incredibly dependent on that second outburst asap.

helia is a new ring type. wyv already made a video about how all the ops compare for helia. the results weren't impressive. they usually release a more dedicated op for a new ring type later so i definitely would not use helia as a basis to try to justify teri op

but yes helia does have heavenly shift so she will be compatible with LoA leaders

you have just the safe amount. I do think you can go ahead if you're interested enough but things are new and your feelings might be more elevated than normal about it.

Assuming worst case where you need the full 40k you may run the risk of not being able to guarantee the next valk afterwards. We're starting to get hints about it iirc so you may also opt to see if you can hold out for more info before making a decision.

i mainly recommend doing a count on your own from the crystal sources in the pins. For events you can try browsing through beta or cn videos to see what events can give further crystals.

Otherwise marisa honkai's website does have a quick count but i do not consider that total reliable. Crystal sources are also very scattered too so it's better that you are aware of each individual source.

Should I Pull AstralOps?

NOO CAPTAIN!

From a meta standpoint, you should not pull gacha AstralOps - only players who are retaining or trying to retain Nirvana should consider it if they have the funds (unlikely for f2p players).

Reasons:

• Dreamseeker is good enough despite being free.
• Too expensive, especially if they need SS (~20-30k).
  • AstralOps have the same cost as a gacha weapon, therefore pulling one may result in being unable to afford a Valkyrie's weapon down the line (for meta players, this means skipping said Valkyrie entirely).
• The damage and score increase they provide in Redlotus and below is often minimal and not needed to retain.
