the main purpose of a WoD support (shadow star) is to give more rondo effect time during an outburst, which is triggered whenever you tap a support (can see above your hp bar)

You may opt to try to cycle hohe in more to do some damage.

When using outburst don't start with your dps unless you expect to kill soon. Try using the stellar shifts (purple super qte) starting with your supports first. This is because you want to free them from stellar shifts first so you can go back to regularly QTE'ing them

and in an LoA team, regular QTEs can give you a heavenly link effect every 16s

the big thing about them is that they deal adaptive damage from the leader, and also restores 15 ARI so you can outburst sooner again

so you kinda want to make sure you are getting these when you can

loosely speaking you can look at a standard reference score and go roughly 200 points from it for a retain range. Actually in the case of this abyss when the fight is straightforward and all the teams for it are popular, i would even go as far as 100 or 50 points within the reference

do you understand how the last enemy works? The box on the left explains it if not

but otherwise the other main gimmick in this stage is that enemies will have shields that reduces your damage greatly unless you apply enough rime trauma. HoHE isn't really good at it. Do you have thelema? You may need to move away from LoA to fit her in.

Another thing you can try is to leave the team as is, but drop one member for reverist calico. However I do not know if this is truly worth it for a situational shield removal.

you can also HoHe ult -> SO for some extra rime trauma in exchange for dmg but since these are multiple waves you wont be able to do this on every enemy, but at least doing it on the last one is worth it imo

While there is an ascension supply for thelema right now, these banners are similar to adv banners where they are for whales to gain ranks in, and not reliable to get the valk early from. Expect to need to sink 100 rolls to get the valk. Check [all supplies explained] in pins for more details about adv banners

and at this point while thelema is notable for hohe, overall she's too old and niche to be worth pulling

keep in mind your crystals are limited and it's arguably better to focus on newer releases that are more relevant and have more coverage along with better longevity

u can pay attention to open world tasks. some tasks have more coin reward than others at the same tier/main reward

for example a SSS+ task with main reward AE imaginon can vary from 17k to 36k coin

salvaging the worst exp chip is also worth mentioning. but i do not recommend for a new acc
