Ah i see, try the trials menu then in attack > events > tutorials and it'll teach you a lot of the basic mechanics and team rotations for characters and stuff.

Just make sure when asking for advice in #👶beginner-help that you let them also know what your goals are, basically how casual/meta competitive you are
