Unsure if you wanna do what I did, but basically just clear a normal ER run with whatever valk you prefer at x2.75 difficulty (if possible). Afterwards, clear shallow sequence runs of whichever valks you need the levels for the crystals until you hit the 1000 insignia cap for the week.

I usually do this while watching a YT video, takes about 15min of normal ER run, and about 18-20min on shallow sequence. This is my "lazy" method since I don't like constantly quitting void sequence floor 9 or 10.
