teri op also lets you double outburst but for the recent time flower showed up in nirvana, i personally had alot of awkwardness because my second outburst couldn't clear enough of p2

S teri's main benefits are going to be

• initial ARI if you're using heavenly shift valks on the team. This applies even if the team is not RoO or LoA lead (i've used teri op on a hohe team against hellmaru purely to outburst sooner)
• for LoA teams you get a second stellar shift. Keep in mind this is not as big of a time gain as you may think since time still ticks during shifts.
• But overall for LoA it can be a 6-10% damage improvement depending on the team

Also, friendly reminder that a 6-10% improvement in damage can situationally result in a much better score depending on whether you can shorten or cut out a rotation entirely.

Or it can mean almost nothing, it's all situation in this game.

teammate said you can still handle that hc phase without shift/outburst

i'm saying the second outburst leading you to use kiana shift when the boss hp is done is wasting time (although maybe you could work around that so the damage isn't wasted, like kiana shift sooner instead of making PS do that extra vertical drop sequence? Again idk her kit)
