Depends on what Valkyries you have. If you have only HLE or only HLE / FDD, putting your free pulls on Badum or Peregrine sword is smart (PS probably a little better but not much)

If you have a bunch of symbiosis Valkyries already it’s probably still the right move but it’s at least more complicated

(And Badum would be plausibly better if you have some WS dpses you need a second support for)

Uriel is the weap, and it's a PRI ARM divine key. You can check if you have a non PRI ARM Uriel (Might of An Utu), maybe you never PRI'd it.

if you don't own it, then you may have to check if there's any divine key boxes you own in your inventory (equipment) to pick it. If not, gotta wait for HoYo to allow us to gacha/buy it from a shop.

Limited in what sense? In general you can only get the specific valk on their banner so there isn't really any meaningful common pool to talk about. Older valks get thrown into the dorm banner pool when they are basically completely useless for meta usage but that is the extent to which a pool exists

Every newer valk is limited in a sense. Once their banner goes away, they won't be available until it reruns

However reruns are pretty common especially a few patches after their releases, or on anniversary/cny patches

Meta f2p wise (which is emphasized for gacha currency gain), you should never consider a rerun to begin with

You can check pins here for the patch calendar, and see previous patches too

But as said, the dynamics of "limited" banners isn't quite the same as other gacha games.

• one time Elysian Realm crystals
• Dorm errands
• Dorm squad passive
• actually using her for budget/cheap team purposes until you get better stuff

maybe omit the first HLE 4a? You don't need to gather immediately. Shard pickups lets you deal max hp damage but as long as the boss is in crystal state, it's just more damage at any time.

It's only bad if the boss leaves crystal state > you start doing current hp reduction and not max hp reduction > pick up a shard > the shard reduces max hp but not current hp in the process

i know hle reduces the time the boss stays in crystal state but only at the last checkpoint iirc

keep in mind weapons and valks aren't equal. You need to consider the whole slot you're swapping across each other

so you'll want to factor in stigmata effects of each. Some of them may have actual buffs in their kits too

but overall it's a huge mess

so it's simpler to just test it

anyway going back to this, tbh i'm leaning more towards ss hotr if i have to make a decision right now, because lack of thelema makes hohe at any rank feels concerning, and your hofi team at RL might have an unlikely shot

but overall there's no need to make that decision right now. Wait for more news. Maybe a new use or a new source will be revealed later.

On the note of sources, keep in mind hohe stamps are more available than hotr but you should be conservative regardless.

• 38% resonance damage (world star teams. irrelevant to PAWS)
• 20% total damage
• 2% independent total damage debuff

everything else looks like personal stuff

• i'm surprised this wasn't better. On paper both teams have FWS. PAWS is S2 and fulfills the weather for 70% separate tdm. All it loses is 30% from the lack of type counter. (but that's how hi3 can be sometimes)
• When the boss lands, time FWS CA but also use weapon tap afterwards before casting ult. FWS weapon reduces 8% of the bosses max hp once per hp bar. There can be exceptions to this idea but I don't really see the merit of skipping it here.
• your final PAWS CA hits just when FDD icon expires. Your FWS buffed earlier than her too. Overall maybe omit this and go straight to outburst.
• i need to check how many shards you get after clearing all those checkpoints and where you can just swap to FWS and ult. There might be overkill in p1 here. (5-7 per checkpoint? a bit more from breaking the armor wth status too? maybe 20ish % total? maybe it's fine then but i encourage you to purposely undershoot on a dead run to see if you can pinpoint it. Don't overkill and waste time)
  Transition
• don't use FWS enh WA. Timer is still counting down until you reach the end where you collect the spear parts
• you need to wait for enough shards to be on field. Idk exactly how this transition works though.
• normally we use this time to rebuff but it seems you're prepping an outburst anyway so there's less need to do so
• i think you overkill on transition. I guess you can do chip damage but most of your damage is from the shards afaik. Can prob just spam FWS WA to get an idea how late you need to wait before the last shards have spawned.

for p2, fws should start with WA

you're not triggering the checkpoint early with JDS/HLE, so dealing the 8% now will help you reach that checkpoint sooner since the 8% max hp reduction will reduce current hp too

• hm i thought there was a reason to use FWS ult at the start after WA but idr. More para trauma at least? but i don't think that's important as long as you gather all the shards at some point before max hp separates from current hp

• i have no idea if the susani of PAWS CA during transition is slowing down the spawns of the shards. Maybe don't do that

• I don't understand why you didn't just start outburst immediately in p2. If you're going to reset up FDD's buff then do it in transition

  • You deal more damage when the boss is not in crystal phase
  • you're not avoiding that crystal phase and have no shortcuts to it aside from FWS weap for 8%
  • Starting crystal phase sooner will cause it to end sooner so the boss will revert to taking more damage

• for coralie's two stage ult in outburst I'm not sure if it's worth holding down the button. If it cost more time to do so then prob not worth it (but i only know this is the case for her initial breath attack as a leader)

otherwise it doesn't matter as long as you break it before fws' final weap tap

also regarding your outburst, maybe skip coralie's weapon active and farm some sp on PAWS. You have spare outburst time to still use.

ofc FDD restores a great deal so i don't know how feasible it is, but there's been some past strats that farm a bit more on PAWS before the last ult and CA

but the overall idea is you want to make more use of outburst where your damage is highest

use 862 as a benchmark in your future attempts at the last part of transition

with improvements naturally the timer at that point should be higher

ofc it's better to be more safe esp with how little abyss time is left

so you don't have to use the full 1/4. Maybe try to spend 1/3rd more doing basic attacks/weapons

They are the stigmata for the current on banner valk HLE. You use it to get one of them for free if you missed getting one when pulling for weapon as their performance is very reliant on having a full set. You can salvage excess prism stigmata for 1 source prism so the prism is there if you got them all when pulling (the most likely outcome).
