Did you check how much stamina the quick expedition is asking you? Keep un mind that the 480 is the daily expedition cap, is not usable stamina, and your stamina is 240 max(to get over you need to use items or get stamina directly from a mission reward).
If the day before you use more that you max limit in total, the quick option is going to ask for more stamina that you can hold normally when trying to repeat the mission from the day before

For thats its been happening to some people for the last several patchs. you can try reinstalling the game, reinstalling your graphics drivers, if you play on the eipc version try the hoyoplay version, and someone found out it was an overlay like overwolf causing it so you can check into that.

i'd try any of these that you feel comfortable doing but also report it to customer support, i think they have other stuff to try as well and they should be aware of how many its affecting

Radeon has an overlay option, anything that show up above the game/program is an overlay (Some recording programs, FPS counters, Discord Voice Overlay, etc.) the problem is that some can be running even when they dont show anything on screen

for account issues like that y ou'll have to contact customer support (email is fine) just explain your issue and give them the UID for your account and after verifying that you're the original owner of the account they'll recover it for you #how-to-contact-cs channel has their email addresses

and just in case, remember to check your devices/emails account in case the ones that stole your account still have access to them, you don't want to recover the account and lose it again later

its going to depend on many things (hardware and software) not just the GPU, but that card is kinda in general more for 1440p gaming for "high" settings, for higher resolutions you have to lower/enable some settings
on HI3 keep in mind that has a 120FPS limit by default, you can edit registry to unlock it if you want, but you will break some physics and related stuff, still the game on new "mid/high" end hardware can reach higher fps easily, but keep them can be another story depending on the settings you choose

It's still ongoing for a few people, you can fix it by going to your game installation folder, then bh3 data and then plugins and deleting the hypass.dll file. This will make the game give a warning sometimes on opening it that the file is missing, but you can x out of a couple of times to get into the game. But if you haven't yet done so please report it to customer support so the fix can be higher priority. This isn't affecting everyone so please make sure to do that for their awareness #how-to-contact-cs

ah i was going to suggest checking your assets at the repair icon at the login screen, but if that didnt fix it then try restarting your device and if you've already tried that then in the graphics settings try setting the rendering accuracy to 1.2 if thats an option in the graphics for your device. if its not there or doesnt fix it then i'd recommend contacting customer support since it doesnt seem to be a broken game file so it might be something with your specific model of phone but hopefully they'll have an easy fix for you #how-to-contact-cs

For your first login, you will have to try and remember what was going on when you started, like what chapter was new, or what valk was new. and lookup when that version of the game released

that doesnt say that the login date was the only wrong thing, so when you submit the application again, double check everything else too and pay extra attention when they say things like mihoyo account or hoyoverse account. For instance your mihoyo account creation date would be sometime in 2018, your hoyoverse account creation date would be at the earliest 2022 and stuff like that. but i dont know if there is a maximum amount of tries you can try so dont just spam 30 forms with a different date because it might not be just that.

but try like the middle of march 2018 for the login date since that should be close for the mihoyo creation date and double or triple check all the other stuff.

when they say that is complete and accurate that is not only referring to the first login, it could also be something like the question asking to provide everything linked to your hoyoverse account, if you only put your email address but you also had your phone number linked, then you answered that question wrong since you should have put both of those in there.

just triple check the other questions to make sure you know what they are asking and that you're giving them ALL of the info if its a multiple answer question but good luck!

If it fails during the verifying part that means the download got corrupted (usually due to an unstable connection route) and so that's why it's restarting. you cant delete a game account, if you're talking about the delete account from the hoyoverse account page, that deletes the entire hoyoverse account along with all game accounts connected to it (any hi3, hsr, genshin, zzz accounts)

though if you mean y ou have a hoyoverse account linked to [e-mail] and another hoyoverse account linked to [e-mail]'s google account (because its a seperate login) then if you delete one of those hoyoverse accounts, while it will still make you unable to log into any of the games linked to that account your other hoyoverse account will be unaffected

though just to clarify, deleting the hoyoverse doesnt technically delete the game account, it just deletes any way to log into it and you'll have to work with customer support to see if they can maybe recover your account

gotcha, so the graphics settings and a couple of other things are stored in the registry, but any custom keybinds are stored in the cache iirc, which cant be accessed (the files are in your app data folder iirc but the files arent accessible without breaking ToS) so you'll just have to re-setup your keybinds on the other pc

i guess you could try copying those files over too just as is, but i dont actually know if that works or not

Can someone help me with an issue with Divine Keys? A few weeks ago I tried using a Divine Key for the first time and it worked fine, but ever since the screen has been on endless cooldown. It counts down 1 hour then immediately rolls back over and starts the cooldown again. If I exit the screen and go back in, the timer starts from 59:59 again. This is the same on both PC and Mobile. It’s been an ongoing issue and I’m not sure what might be causing it.

Once you are there can you double check what login methods are linked to that hoyoverse account that you're using on PC. Please make sure that your using the exact same hoyoverse account on your phone

The 'Third Pendulum Clock' mission for the 'After the Blood Moon Fades' event is still not working properly for me since the cutscene that happens after getting kicked out by the guards doesn't trigger after I enter the building as instructed by the mission.
I contacted CS about this last week but I had no luck with finding ways to fix this.

Did CS suggest anything to try yet? but a couple of things you can do is if its a broken cg file you can run the repair option at the bottom left of the login screen and if you're on PC then additionally in the hoyoplay launcher, theres also reinstalling but that is a lot of downloading and isnt guaranteed to fix it or anything. Other than that it could also possibly be a connection issue and this pin has solutions to those kinds of issues #🔌technical-help message

lastly im sure you've tried at least this, but leaving the map to go back to the event menu, and then back into the event has helped some people so if you havent tried that then try that too

Hi guys, as of late I've been dealing with a serious issue related to Hoyoverse products, the two I play are HI3rd and HSR. Here's what's been going on.

1. This started happening last week ONLY.
2. I have already tried a different browser, it only works when I turn on Opera GX's VPN, I don't use anything else VPN-related.
3. My internet connection is fine, I can roam around the internet without any issues.

After HSR's live stream finished, I tried visiting the website to redeem the stream codes and it was not working. It would load the page, but it would be blank. I tried to redeem them via in-game and it said "Network error." I can't access Hoyolab, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail websites, it loads into a blank page. In HI3rd I tried to do my Weekly Share, again, I got "Network error." For HI3rd website it says Firewall or Antivirus may have blocked the connection.

Everything works fine when on my phone, which leads me to believe the issue is isolated to my PC, and my PC uses ethernet, by the way.

UPDATE: I turned off my Firewall and it now works, the websites seem to be loading, what do I need to do? I need Firewall's protection on, of course.

I would appreciate it, if anybody could help me resolve this issue.

oh yeah microsoft defender is free, and comes with free false positive issues. i'd recommend reporting it to customer support #how-to-contact-cs and in the meantime getting a dedicated firewall like avg or something like that (its free too but most of its users are paid so it is better than the basic standard microsoft one)

if you know your UID then the easiest way is to contact customer support and ask them what your login is and give them your UID and they'll tell you. #how-to-contact-cs (you can find your UID through screenshots of your account page, if you have any friends in the game they can look it up for you, etc) but if you dont know/cant find your UID then you'll have to do things like try forgot password again and if it detects your account then make sure to use the email address for logging in and manually type your password, copy/pasting it sometimes has issues and doesn't work. if forgot password doesnt find your hoyoverse account then you'll need to try forgot password with any email address you've ever had access to since playing, or try the third party logins like google account or appleID. one thing to note with the username is that it is not the same thing as your in game nickname, the username can only be set once and at the account.hoyoverse.com website and cannot be changed so it frequently is not the same as your in game nickname

Just to clarify though, the (60) seconds you see after clicking send code is not how long you have to enter the verifcation code, that just means you cant send another email with a verification code for 60 seconds. the code is good for 30 minutes or an hour, i forget which it is but its definitely not 1 minute

its possilbe it just bugged out and didnt give you the notification, you can check if it showed up anyways by going to ai chan phone > support > and then in self service go to self search > crystal log and it'll show you ever crystal thats gone into your account. If its not showing up there then take some screenshot showing the last few days of crystal log, and one of your abyss record and send that to customer support #how-to-contact-cs

not really, all of those settings are as low as they can go. for mobile one thing you can also do if your model allows it is to lower the resolution of your phone screen which will give your GPU an easier time. but as far as the game settings go thats as low as it'll go

in case anyone is curious, here are some graphs showing hi3's gamesize trajectory since i started keeping track back in 6.8 keep in mind that this includes event data and while most of it is removed after the next update, some of it remains so if your size is abnormally big, uninstall and reinstall to put it back on track. @bitter topaz @stoic elk @turbid summit you all reacted so in case you actually wanted to know

pc is actually kind of interesting since you can see several times (like in 6.9 and 7.9) where the size goes down by 3 entire gigabytes

much more obvious than mobile since the total size is bigger cuz pc resolution reasons and stuff

and because i like lines, here they are in line chart too (too lazy to clean it up much but it highlights the optimization easier)

as a source on how i get these numbers, every single patch day when the game updates i uninstall my installation of the game and reinstall it from scratch a total of 4 times and clear my cache, once for basic assets on pc, once for full assets on pc, and the same for mobile. I fully uninstall and reinstall fresh each time so that it mimics a fresh clean installation for the first time. it uh... takes a lot of internet but i got the good stuff so theres that

now im curious, for 8.1, the latest. i downloaded a grand total of 152 GB for a few numbers... i knew it was a lot but wowee thats a lot

but this isnt to say that the game is perfectly optimimized because its not, its more complicated than that. but it is misinfo to say they dont try at all. 2 easy examples i can think of of unoptimized content is the apho2 hub where you select adventure tasks, the gpu usage it takes is the same as when you're in the apho2 map itself so they really just locked you in the hub area xD and also when selecting oxia as the main menu bridge, it was in fact just loading that map so it was unecessarily taxing on the gpu resources and was bad for people that could play part 1 content, but their device couldnt handle part 2 content at the beginning. the hyperion 11 bridge is much better since it does the same thing, but its a much smaller map so its less taxing

but for a little context, these charts span 6.8 when horb came out back in aug 03, 2023 till now so this is 1 year 8 months of updates, including the horb boss fight, the last half of part 1.5 and its open world maps and the huge update that was part 2 with its large open world maps, many permanent events and lots more (the permanent events is one thing to keep in mind when considering the full size trajectory (the basic install wouldnt include event data like this) steepening lately because prior to part 2 when they started to be a thing, those kind of events would be forever gone)

Well the game will still run on a higher frame rate but the frames will be skipped on your screen, and depending of your hardware you can get screen tearing

Never heard of that before tbh but since it's the controller driver just refreshing it's input readings to be more often I'm not 100% sure, on one hand this may fall under the cheating one where it basically says you can't use anything to gain "an unfair advantage" but on the other hand you're average keyboard has a 1ms input lag and I personally don't think a .5 or .25ms input lag is what I'd call an "unfair advantage" so I'm fairly sure it isn't against tos, but you could always contact customer support about it to get official clarification if you want to be 100% sure

basically will be just increasing the polling rate or something to 1000 to get an old controller with cable to perform like one with 0 input lag ill ask

even old dualshock 4s can be overclocked to match

Did you check your apps cache like we said before?
Apps will save stuff on the cache for different things mostly to make you experience smoother/faster
You said before that you open too many tabs on your browser, just that can start using too much storage on your browser cache

On the same screen where you enable the "device lock" for the game you can find an option to disable it, once you click it, you just have to wait for a couple of days before the game go to the default security setting (after playing a couple of days the device is register as "usual device")

ty, but i think i will keep using the old app, found a roundabout way to fix the issue, only happen when i need to use horizontal mode which is very rare
tried few other app but they either dont support my language or have weird button placing

HDD is a old version of a drive which has moving parts in it to transfer data and stuff, so it get slower over time

SSD is a newer storage drive

it has no moving parts so it doesn't slow down like HDD

its also faster than HDD

you can try regular defragmentation of that disk which is a built-in program, but it wont reverse the slowness it got from over the years

um if u have the hardware for it then just go to the settings tab for bluetooth and trouble shoot it if any problems, u can type it in the search bar

it might say that your computer does not support bluetooth (which is rare) but if that happens, your laptop prolly doesn't have a bluetooth card in it
