check if you have another anti-cheat running, like valorant for example that by default will keep running even when you are not playing the game

or even other games to that you are running in the background, i know that Easy Anti-cheat can have issues with the anticheat of HI3

an last could be an Antivirus too, if is running like a "isolation" mode for some programs/games

the "core isolation" that come with windows doesn't cause issues with the anticheat, but some antivirus come with like an additional one and those can cause problems
other thing could be windows that didnt start correctly, check if a restart can solve the problem, and just in case check that the game is running as admin

When opening Honkai: A Fool's Hand (event campaign thing) it just infinitely loads (10+ mins, no change). Exiting the game and opening again brings me back to the main game, but trying to open it results in the same issue.

if is your first time playing the event/getting to a new area, can still be a connection problem
if you already played, then could be a broken asset, try a repair again but restart the device after is finish, if that still doesnt work, your only option is going to be reinstall

and if your device is on the lower end, that can be a problem too... chibi events can be really heavy on resources so some low end devices can take minutes to load, or not load at all

if by refund you mean you had your bank take back the money after giving it to hoyoverse, this isnt a standard procedure so i dont think theres any set timeframe, just make sure you have equal to or more crystals than you bought otherwise your account will get banned (CS will give you a little time to buy the crystals back if you go into the negative)

Depending of what ver. of the a15 you have, the game is not going to run, or you will only being able to run on the lowest settings with low fps

Keep in mind that RAM is not the the only important part of the phone, there are phone with high amount of RAM, but with a really bad SoC so those phones will run slow

Hello, i got really random crash like, its really random. This happened at in the event, crash at event main menu, when exploring map(so far crash on 2 map, belobog and luofu) and when matchmaking card . This doesn't happen before and i'm curious what causing it. Its really annoying because it also happen when matchmaking card event and it crash in middle of the match.
Before crash, the game kinda freeze a bit, then back normal, then after around 1-3 seconds, it freeze again, then crash.
Sometime i can run the game for an hour without crash. Already try repair from the launcher, but no luck.

Also, here's the output log txt
This is new log because i saw someone suggest that i need to delete everything at the log folder (i think someone says cache) to fix it, but it still ended up same. So it maybe doesn't contain much information before it got deleted. But hopefully its enough to determine the problem

Your output log doesn't include what caused the crash specifically, sometimes the game just closes like that but it was full of errors about various things not having a texture property so it sounds like it could be either a game files issue or your graphics drivers needing an update. First try making sure you're graphic drivers are up to date and then restart your computer whether or not you updated them. Then go into the game and at the login screen real the red repair icon in the bottom left to check your downloaded assets to try the in game repair.

If none of that works then if your Internet is ok with it try reinstalling the game and connecting customer support #how-to-contact-cs

But since this is only happening when you are doing the event and nowhere else it's probably not an issue with the base game installation and probably some corrupted event files if I had to guess.

It being frozen is normal, it's using a lot of your CPU so your computer thinks it's frozen. Just let it cook for a bit

Just in case after waiting still doesn't work. iirc Preview had some issues with update/install and is fix on the launcher last ver., but they announced on their discord server/patch notes, that for the new update is recommended to make a reinstall of the launcher

The final flag related to the wubbaboo probably was triggered before the one that made him move a bit upwards. He was supposed to get surrounded by some robots there.

Iirc the cause of that error is corrupted drivers or corrupted game files
So a single repair for the files will do the trick while the drivers .... just use ddu and download a stable version

Like Hero said, try to reinstall the GPU drivers, first doing a uninstall with DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/) , and then installing the driver, probably use the amd autodetect software if you don't know where to look, that card is kinda a "rebranded 570" for cn market so could be difficult to find the drivers by the name, and just in case, for your card try to not use settings too high with the game

another thing, check that other programs are not interfering with the game, for example sometimes some antivirus could try to check what the game is doing with x file and just cause a crash

For that only customer support can help with unlinking that email and linking it to a different email. Email them and give them your accounts UID and explain your issue and they'll start the account recovery process (mainly a form with a bunch of questions that only the original account owner would know) to prove that you're the owner of the account and all that.

on the form you need to be as accurate as possible. they're comparing your answers to the account logs on their end. if there was a top up, that you say didnt exist. They'll look on their end and see that there was indeed a top up and will reject the form

That's different than them saying they can't help. The frontline customer support agents don't have full access to everything so they sent your issue to a higher access\more knowledgeable team that can take care of you better. It's common practice for tech support. But generally speaking the higher tier teams have longer turn around times so you'll just need to be patient

most likely your connection is having some issues, could be your isp having some problems or the routing that you are getting having some issues
you could try a vpn to force a new routing

I tried acc retrieval and entered my mihoyo account I'd and it showed the details of this acc with the same uid so I got proceed and was asked to link a hoyoverse acc

For some reason the one linked to genshin and hsr kept showing acc or password error so I had to create a new hoyoverse acc for this

After linking when I logged it it started from the beginning I mean from the very beginning with the starting tutorial instead of logging in to the main acc

account retreival is only for binding old mihoyo accounts to hoyoverse accounts, this binding isnt reversible and the cutoff date for being able to log into the game with mihoyo accounts was july 2022 so the fact you played around the start of part 2 means your main hi3 account is linked to a hoyoverse, just not the one you think it is. I'd take the UID the account retrieval screen shows and email customer support (email addresses here #how-to-contact-cs ) and let them know you've taken a long break from the game and forgot what hoyoverse account your game is on and give them your UID and they'll tell you what email its linked to

also as an obligatory thing, if you care about competitive end game content/meta, you might be better off starting over and keeping your old account as a nostalgia backup thing but if thats something you care about then #👶beginner-help channel can give you a better idea of what to do

The option is always there, but there should have been an error message at the very end along the lines of this account is already linked to a hoyoverse account, please log in with that and maybe you missed it.

That or a different error possibly, but the account retrieval button is always there. Regardless though since you've played since July 2022 your game account is 100% already linked to a hoyoverse account, maybe if you play on na\eu you were using the wrong server, but if that's not the case then it's guaranteed that you were simply not using the right hoyoverse account.

mainly because the first milestone is 180 days iirc

but it shows up after 60 days iirc, or lvl 60 i cant remember.

if you're trying to guess your account age, if you know what valk was new and stuff when you started you can find out that patchs release date and go from there

most people either look for an email, or if you started on phone and are on android you can look through your google play app install history. but most remember what was out when they started and look up the patch release date

worst case scenario is you just guess and hope they are fine with it since its such a low level account. make sure you dont play on it so it has less activity

In that case a reinstall should fix it, if it's installed on an HDD and not an SSD I'd recommend also doing a defrag after uninstalling before reinstalling.

It's either not a common bug or a super new one so I'm leaning towards your installation is a little corrupted (the part that exits) and usually a reinstall fixes that

you said that you played close to part 2, meaning its already link to HYV, so the account retrieval option is not going to work for you
if you think your account HI3 is link to that HYV account with your HSR/GI, then try to login again, the msg that you are getting is that your password is incorrect, try again, manually tying the password, dont use an autocomplete option or use the forget password if you dont remember it
if you are not sure on what HYV account you link HI3 or what you use to login, email CS and tell them that you dont remember how to login to your account and tell them the UID #how-to-contact-cs
