In HSR there are 4 languages its EN / CN / KR / JP
EN is the default and already been installed
If you want to use the other 3 you need to DL their voice pack

I do think it will be the same for HI3 servers
If you want to play in another server you need to download the server files

Hi, I have a small issue. I have redownloaded the game on phone because I am on vacation until wednesday but my open world is defaulting to APHO. I have to download audio assets to access it to swap back to Schicksal HQ but I A. Do not have the storage space and B. Am in a very rural area so I am literally running on a 300kb/s download speed.

Is there any way to bypass the download so I can swap open world and access adventure tasks?

Like I said is a corrupted download, could be caused by the ISP with a bad routing, slow/unstable connection, etc.

The only option is to redownload the file, if the connection is unstable the better option is to use a custom launcher or download the file using a mirror link

if they are going to use the mirror link, check before that you are download the correct client files, if you friend plan to play on the same server as you, download the GLB file

Hi, quick question that I hope someone knows. Has anyone been able to play honkai impact on backbone? I know the game has controller support ( although I can no longer find that controller option in settings anymore after part 2 came out) and I'm sure it's still accessible via the pc client but is it possible to simply just use the backbone to play it?

yeah that is normal, you are trying to login with twitter, the game need to get info from there.
but if you still are unable to login, and already try everything i said before (remember to delete cookies too, most social networks save the login cookies in case you come back)
try to add another login info to your account on another browser/device

like CS said, you cant get bonus on 3rd party, you can only them in-game or from the official HYV top-up site (links here)

but i just check the coda site, and you still should get the "bonus", the packs there show the crystals packs with the bonus added (HYV 6600 crystal pack have 1488 bonus, 8088 total, and coda show that amount) what idk if they have the same rules as the in-game store, that you cant get the bonus for 2nd time before the store bonus reset

if none of the restrictions apply then its just not detecting that you're in a new country, make sure you're not on a VPN and maybe try a different wifi or two or no wifi. also the 12 months restriction also applies to creating the account. aka if your google play account is less than 12 months old according to google it shouldnt let you change it.

tbh doesn't need to be family exactly, you can create a group to share some stuff, i have one with my friends to share some paid apps, and subscriptions
but you can try to use a vpn to show as you are on your old country if you want, or the other option is to create a new account on google play that should be generated with the new country and use that as payment, but probably you need to "redownload" the game using that account to show payment options there, and/or remove your primary account so the new one, but depending on your phone settings could be a pain this last one

the other option if you have a pc is to use the official client to buy stuff, use the same options as the official website, just that because is in game you get the bonus

if by any chance you move the program/game folder windows is not going to update it so will search the uninstaller on the original location and if the file is not found will think is already deleted, good thing that most programs now have an uninstaller that will "find" the files

your have issues reaching the server, check your DNS, firewall, any addons that could block the connection, etc.
and yes the mirrors are safe, they are the same file from HYV just uploaded on other sites in case other captains need it, mods uploaded the gd/mf mirrors (i dont remember which one upload each one , i think art upload the mediafire one), i uploaded the filen mirror

firefox itself doesnt have issues, but if you change some stuff or have some settings can cause an issue on any browser, can even be the ISP having the issues and a hotspot could "fix it" if you can affort the download with that

but when you do find where its at you have to go to the games folder in it specifically, the one that has a bh3 file in it

please make sure to not copy/paste or auto complete the email login, a lot of times they put a blank space at the end of either the email address or password field which makes the login not recognized. so if you were doing that try typing everything isntead and see if that helps

if that doesnt help can you try going to account.hoyoverse.com and log in with the email and password? if that says account or password error too then try the forgot password and reset your password which should hopefully let you into the game itself and then for the bugged facebook login i'd recommend trying to clear your safari cache and making sure you're logged into the facebook app on your phone but if none of that helps then contact customer support #how-to-contact-cs

yes, you just cant use the huawei appgallery version of the game (which iirc is removed by now) you just gotta install the normal android version manually (link for the .apk is in the pins) assuming they still cant use the google play store

how long has it been since you asked for another form? Keep in mind customer support does not work 24 hours a day and are much less staffed on the weekends iirc so they might have just not replied yet. if you were getting the forms automatically when trying to change the email then you might want to email customer support about it and talk to them directly #how-to-contact-cs has their email addresses. but the reason they are being rejected is because the information you are providing is either inaccurate, incomplete, or both so you need to make sure everything you answer is a full and accurate as possible. but they need to prove that you're the genuine original account owner so thats why a lot of the questions are stuff only the original account owner would remember and cant lookup. Unless you can answer the questions more accurately then they cant legally give you the account

When I enter the game, the screen takes a lot of time with the loading, then the game checks it's setting and then another long loading screen just to fail detecting my account so I cant enter the bridge basically

I just checked both americas and europe and neither had any issues so its not on the servers side. It sounds like a connection issue since that would explain both the time it takes to check the settings and why it cant detect your account (if it cant make a connection with the saved login credentials it will just fail at that point)

I know you said that you can play genshin and fall guys just fine but the thing is is that it kind of doesnt matter since neither genshin or fall guys are on the same server as HI3 so as far as network connections goes you can be connected just fine to everything else but still have routing issues to one or two things. i'd still try the connection issues pin to try and fix any possible connection issues #🔌technical-help message but it could also possibly be a cache issue though that is much less likely but here is how you clear your cache on PC if you wanna try that too (but keep in mind it'll delete your auto login data and will put all in game settings to the default) #🔌technical-help message

ah i didnt know fall guys had a mobile version, in that case if you're on android then you can delete the cache by going to settings > apps > hi3 > clear cache (NOT DATA). if you're on iphone then you cant clear the cache

and restarting your "router" if you're on mobile data is as simple as putting your phone on airplane mode, restarting your phone and then taking it off of airplane mode. but also make sure to try both mobile data and wifi if you can

they're a lot simpler than they used to be, these days its make an account (both of the ones in the PIN are either free, or have a free account option) then install the app from the google play store, open the app and login and tap the big connect button and thats it it does the rest for you

its just using a VPN among other things routes your network connection differently so its the same idea as taking a detour around a closed/blocked road IRL

all a router for wifi does is forward your internet data to your internet service provider who forwards it to wherever it needs to go, on mobile data the cell tower acts as a router and forwards your internet data to whoever your phone provider is and they forward it to wherever it needs to go.

a different language is fine! i know what numbers to look at lol but yeah i think old laptop is the issue, everything is up to date but for a computer with an integrated graphics card like that laptop it has to use regular RAM for the graphics VRAM and between that and what the game needs the 8GB of ram is not enough, its basically running out of RAM during the newer/more intensive stuff and crashing. all i can recommend for that is to lower the graphics as low as they can go and if it is still crashing you'll need to put it in windowed mode at a lower resolution like 1080x720 or lower if needed

hmm if its been around a year then the account retreival wont help since its only purpose is to bind mihoyo accounts to hoyoverse accounts, a little over 2 years ago they made the switch from mihoyo accounts to hoyoverse accounts and you couldnt log into the game unless you did the account retrieval thing to link your mihoyo account to a hoyoverse account, but if you played after that then your hi3 account is already on a hoyoverse account.

but wait just to confirm your problem, you're not trying to retrieve your old account, you're getting system error when you go to log into the game normally no matter what account you try?

your device is really low end, and looks like the issue is that you are running out of VRAM (you can see the [game min specs here](#🔌technical-help message)) , so you will get some problem with the new stuff
first try to update your igpu drivers, and run the game with the lowest setting possible, if you run the game at 1080p, change it to 720p

if that still doesn't work, you can try a reinstall, but idk if that will work because the output say is the d3d11 having the issue

one thing you can try, if your pc have the option, put more ram to the device, it should have less issues running the game for some time, but it will be like a band aid fix until the game ask for better specs, because you now are running the game with 8gb that is divided to 4gb ram and 4gb of vram(for graphics), and the game ask for 8gb of just ram as min, so 16gb should work for igpu devices

if your dxdiag looks the same then yeah the issue is the device is below the minimum requirements for the game. if you have 16GB of ram or a dedicated GPU or something like that then the issue might be something else, imo its worth double checking

it will get worse, eventually all of the new content wont be playable on that laptop since the root of the issue is that your computer is below the minimum requirements to play. the only real permanent "fix" for this issue is to get a better computer

any live service game update their min specs slowly because of new graphics settings, new IA for enemies, new maps, etc. we cant know for sure of when but because you are on a low end device, any "big change" can cause you problems, your best option is to think of getting a new device, if you can, get a high end one so can last longer, if not you still can come here and has for recommendations before making a purchase

ah for that you right click notepad from the start menu and click run as administrator, then go to file > open and then go to the config.ini file

but i thought the config file was wrong which both explains your issues and why i suggested it earlier but basically whats happening is that the launcher doesnt update the game version in the config.ini until after its finished updating the game so if you manually isntalled or moved the game or something like that then without having the launcher redownload the game you have to manually edit the config.ini file. i think collapse looks at it too which is why it was saying update as well

yes, but still is a connection issue on the end, most of the time that error show up is mostly a slow and/or unstable connection so download the file manually/using a custom launcher is the best option for most users

other times that error can show up is when the file is corrupted caused by other stuff, like the users closing the launcher, power off the pc while the download didn't finish, etc.
in those cases, just a retry works, unless the launcher is having issues deleting the 7z_tmp file, if the file is delete the launcher will work again

then what i'd recoommend is running the repair in the launcher if you're on pc and also in the red repair icon in the bottom right of the login screen for both pc and mobile and then restart your whole device. if that doesnt help then it should hopefully get fixed when you update to 7.7 in a couple of days and maybe in the meantime check in with customer support to see if they have any other ideas #how-to-contact-cs since its just their audio files that are messed up. i dont recall hers being extra quiet or anything so it sounds like a bug

ah ok, so that means that your hi3 account is linked to a different hoyoverse account. to save on the headache of trying a bunch of different hoyoverse accounts to find it i'd just recommend emailing customer support with a description of your issue and your UID (which you can get from the account retrieval screen) and they'll tell you what hoyoverse account its linked to

not really, UID is just an account number, most likely you linked it to a hoyvoverse acount during the linking event or something two+ years ago and forgot about that account

if you were playing on mobile a lot its possible its on your emails google account but unless you wanna log into hoyolab with stuff (like the google account login) and see if you see your honkai account in the battle chronicles for that hoyoverse account then customer support can just tell you which account to use after they reply within a day or two

so while its the same email address, its on two different account systems

to fix this what you have to do is go to account.hoyoverse.com and login with the game center login on the website if it has it and then link a different email to it or some other login method to use in game since the game center login is kind of janky lately. regardless of what you do though i very highly recommend reporting this to customer support so they can prioritize fixing it faster #how-to-contact-cs

probably that is where you got confused, appleID and GameCenter are 2 different login services, so if you created the account using gamecenter, HYV will only get your "GameCenterID" on the process, its not going know the AppleID link to it. So right now you have 2 HYV accounts, one with GameCenter and other with AppleID
and for what it looks like you have to contact CS for them to take a look at the problem because there is no GameCenter login option on the website
once you are able to enter the game, go to your account via "user center" and add another login info in case something like this happen again.

So recently I was planning to changing device from pc to phone, but when I download hi3 on phone there's no server option available and when I'm signed in with my account it looks like the data isn't recovered

Is there any way to bring the data from my pc to phone?

looks like you downloaded teh wrong server on your phone, if you're used to seeing a server selection on pc then you have been playing on the global server on pc, to get it on your phone since im assuming you live in a SEA country it auto downloaded sea

you'd need to install the .apk for glb from teh first pin on your phone if you're on android and open the downloaded .apk to install, and then redownload it in a couple of days to update it on your phone and for any future version updates. though keep in mind if you were playing the steam version on pc then that is on its own thing and the account cant be logged in on anything other than through steam

if you're on iphone then you'll have to make a new apple account with its location set to a GLB country (like somewhere in europe for example) and then log into that apple account when installing/updating through the app store

Sorry for the late reply lol but what three redownload part means is you know how in mobile when there's a new version update and you have to go to the Google Play store and tap update? If you're doing ask this manually instead of going to the play store to tap update you just have to wait until maintenance starts and then come in here and download the .apk and run it. The link for the .APK won't change since it just points to the current version of the games .APK so you do have to wait until maintenance before updating it

Could be many things, did you get error msg? There it should be more info about what happen, like the file is corrupted, you dont have some files to make the unzip, etc.

And tbh i dont recommend getting hype up for a immediate "download" fix once is release on hoyoplay, every old game that released there still used the old system for some time (iirc hsr still use the old system) and like any software, even with the new system can still fail, but should affect less users

hi, so uhh...i just uninstalled the game last night, via control panel because of my storage issue
then i rechecked my storage, still the same as the 1st pict
i just dont care about it since it was late night for me
then this noon, i kinda curious.. what is happening
so i tried to reinstall the launcher, then check, my honkai data still there
and yes, i tried to locate the folder, then there's this pop up window.. based on what is written on the pop up, i should've get the latest data...and i do aware that today is patch day

so the question is, should i just force delete the folder data or...is there another way for me that i can try? thanks in advance
