Even if your account was hacked then you wouldn't log into a new tutorial account. It would just say account doesn't exist when you try to login

Yes, if you've played at all in the last 2 years then your game account is already bound to a hoyoverse account (the only possible way to login as of 2 years ago is with a bound hoyoverse account) and it cannot be bound to two different hoyoverse accounts
I'd recommend emailing customer support with your uid like the pin says, they can tell you what hoyoverse account your game account is on
If it's the same hoyoverse account that you've been using then it's simply you had the wrong server installed, but they can clear up what account and what server it's on

Mhmm it is. That's why I always recommend for everyone to write down your login email and uid and server and start date somewhere and keep it so you never run into any issues in the future
Impossible to log into the wrong account or server that way and if you get hacked, you have good evidence to help with cs to get your account back

It's honestly very impossible to delete it. You can't delete it on your own and cs won't delete it even if you prove you're the account owner and beg them to. It's quite impossible for that to happen. The only possible way to lose your account is if you forget the login details entirely and don't have your uid so cs can't help either

Then regardless of what your old account (in the amount retrieval thing) used to login with it's not bound to your Google or Gmail hoyoverse. CS will let you know that hoyoverse it's linked to and yeah honkai impact 3 is the sea server. 3rd is glb

And just to clarify, for account issues you need to email them. They dont process account issue requests from the in game system because if you have an account issue, how are you logged into the game? Maybe they've changed their policy but last I heard they recommended players to email them for account issues

update on the ISP situation: turns out the power to the network equipment in my house is indeed turned off (it's not a private house so I can't just go and fix it), and keys from the padlock that locks the door to the roof where this stuff is located was taken by someone without notice and now nobody knows how to get there 
neither the entity that governs the house nor the guy from the ISP that actually showed up yesterday could go to the roof
funny how only like 3-5 people are actually using this ISP in the whole house including me, and it's a 12 story building

for that you will need to reinstall the game, if you're on the steam version you'll need to delete the bh3_data folder in your game installation folder and then validate your files in steam to redownload them

Hey guys, I've been having a lot of trouble installing this game. I couldn't really get the launcher off of the website to work since I'm getting some error about a network connection. I'm trying using this custom launcher but I'm running into the error shown in the screenshot. Would anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

its not rolling out to all games/regions at the same time. it'll be progressively rolled out basically
but from what i gather. its the exact same functionality as the previous launcher, just lets it handle all games but we'll find more when it comes out for hi3
I'm not gonna update to it yet since yeah I'm kinda afraid it can F up my Honkai game files
it shouldnt but fair, if you do wanna give it a try you can always make a backup copy of your game files before updating it
then just download teh better launcher or something and tell it that your "backup" is your game installation

YO, anyone know how to solve the game files verification error? ive tried to download the game 4 times and each time after the installation it tries verification and fails, and i end up having to restart download from the beginning.
your download is getting corrupted, most probably is your connection having issues connecting to the server

run the launcher as always, if the file is on the correct path, on the install process it will skip the download and will start the install/unzip of the files

hoyoverse Account ID (AID) you can find it by logging into account.hoyoverse.com and going to the account security settings section and it'll have the ID there

Hi, could someone help me please... yesterday i was playing normally... but today the game just keep crashing over and over again before the login screen, it just close up. I tried to repair the game, erased game cache, re-install and nothing... others games works just fine

hmm, can i see your output log? drag and drop your output.txt file in here so i can see what the game was doing when it crashed. you can get that by Pressing Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ and put the output log file in here if it exists
also does it close before it gets to the elevator screen or like during the update settings?
it just random... sometimes it didn't even pass the update settings... and others when i just click to log in

i assume a black mihoyo screen with nothing happening but i dont think you actually said
the issue is, after the loading bridge its turn black screen (sometime still had a sound sometime no)
ah ok, so after the tap to login screen when it goes to load the main menu it goes to a black screen, yeah that might be a graphic driver issue, maybe try updating your graphics drivers and checking/applying any windows updates and restarting your pc, if that doesnt help then please share the screenshots from these steps so i can see what all your computer is working with

This doesn't always happen when I open Honkai Impact, even when I play Genshin Impact in the middle of the battle it will sometimes go black screen, so I assume this is a problem with my computer
hmm if its doing that with genshin to then its definitely an issue with the computer. maybe try using DDU to cleanly uninstall your graphics drivers and then redownload them all fresh and new
a lot of times (especially with nvidia) they tend to leave a lot of old or junk stuff behind when the drivers get reinstalled or updated

then in that case i'd recommend contacting customer support since that error message usually means that too many login requests have come from your network but since its only happening on the one account for the one game maybe they'll know something about it

yeah the too many requests is because theres too many login attempts from fron your network, you can try a VPN but if that doesnt work you'l ljust have to wait on CS if you use any cloud gaming then thats definitely why
like log into your account and use the companies hardware to "play" the game on teh cloud
if you dont know what it is then you're probably not using it

so to fix that close your game and open up your registry editor (press win + r key and type regedit.exe and hit enter) and then go to this folder Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete the GENERAL_DATA_V2_Account_hxxxxxxx key and then open the game, click on the hoyoverse login button and it should remember your account and let you log in, that should fix it
if not then try the stuff in this pin #🔌technical-help message since connection issues can sometimes cause that too
yeah, it can also cause too many requests since mutliple people are using the game on that same network as well
they dont block specific kinds of phone, but if your account was blocked you'd be getting a different error message

huh? sea shouldnt have patch maintenance for another week almost. but CS replies usually within 1-3 days
u can try that theory by login using google acc
one thing to check out too if that site doesnt pan out is teh following (might have to google what to do to check for your computer, and this is assuming its a desktop not a laptop)
Clock_watchdog_timeout Bluescreen means the RAM / Processors isnt getting Enough Voltage to run at Specified Frequency , if you can access safe mode check if there is any corrupted drivers or get the latest UEFI/BIOS Updates from their manufacturer

sometimes, my drivers for the wifi just literally disappears for no good reason

also please go here and https://www.asus.com/supportonly/fx506hcb/helpdesk_download/ download and reinstall the wifi, bluetooth, the Intel I2C Driver, Intel(R) Chipset Sotfware and maybe the ASUS System Control Interface v3 or MyASUS UWP (try the system control interface or UWP first and then if it has some kind of function to auto update your drivers let it do that first)
also get the latest BIOS update from that site and make sure your bios is updated too

for this its usually corrupted drivers or a corrupted windows installation. i personally just reinstall windows when this happens to my desktop but that might not be the best idea for your laptop since it has a lot of asus specific tech in there. if it comes to reinstalling windows you might want to see if you have the money that is to take it to a repair store to have them take it back to factory install with all the asus stuff in there.

Fresh install from a new drive is definitely better
windows should already be installed. if you're trying to reinstall windows then its highly recommended to do the windows "reset" in the settings.
and yes like nick mentioned, you will need to install any product specific hp drivers after resetting windows
yes im reinstalling with a pen drive but it doesnt show me the option to choose the version of the windows
the installer only installs the version of windows that the installer has, it doesnt do multiple options. do you know what version the installer is supposed to be for? or did you create the recovery drive from the windows settings on that probook?

for drivers it wont auto install them, you need to go to your products support page on hp and install the specific drivers for your probook.
but also just to confirm, you made the flash drive installer from this link right https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
just curious if you've installed the pro edition or not since it might auto activate the pro edition after installing

ok i gotcha, then yeah if windows isnt doing windows updates from the base version of 11 to the most recent version then you'll also need to go to hp's support site to download at the very least the wifi and network drivers for your probook, its probably not properly utilizing the wifi with the base windows installation
can also check a speedtest to see if you are getting the right amount of mbps, if you are then its just the place you're downloading the game from is capping your download at 20MB/s and has nothing to do with your end
then its either the drivers or your ISP, but considering you just reinstalled windows and dont have the drivers i'd start there

ah no you wont have a yellow mark, windows 11 comes prebundled with basic generic drivers that will use pretty much anything which is why you can connect to the internet right away.
the reason you still need to go to hp supports site and download the drivers for your specific probook is that they're tailored to the specific wifi/network adapter in your specific probook and will perform much better

along with the other drivers for like any graphics/ screen rotating/ mousepad/ etc that are specific to your probook, try to get the most recent versions of any unique drivers on there since thats what it came with when you got it

it wont tell you on the site, if you already have a driver installed it install file will say that its already installed when you go to run it
but yes download all the recent versions of every unique one, there might be multiple versions of something like a graphics driver for instance so in a case like that just get the most recent one

yes they cant be converted or shared so you'd have to install the sea version and download it all from the beginning (and uninstall the glb client if you dont plan on using it)

sometimes you have to hold shift after clicking launch for about 10 seconds
but the main thing is the game doesnt do ultrawide resolutions like that iirc, you can also manually change it by
press windows key + r and type regedit and hit enter and once you're in the registry editor go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3\GENERAL_DATA_V2_ScreenSettingData and you can change the resolution there

if that doesnt work then you can change it along with above max fps and stuff like that in the registry

Hi i had 3 accounts and when i went to play with my main (which i havent played in 2 weeks) it was like just reset

it wont put you in the tutorial for a returnee account, even if its been years. you'll just go right to the bridge or if you're on a returnee status, you'll be on the bridge and kiana says welcome back basically. but it doesnt put you in the tutorial again
so if the server is correct then the only answer is you accidentally used the wrong hoyoverse account

cuz if you log into the game and get a new account its either the wrong server, wrong account, or your account got hacked theres never really been a case of the server goofing up and resetting your account progress or anything like that
but if you're 1000% sure its the right account, then email customer support with your main accounts UID and ask them for help #how-to-contact-cs they'll confirm what hoyoverse account its on and if its not something you recognize they'll start account recovery process

i gotcha, just in case it was a email hack (cuz it is pretty easy to change the linked email if you have access to the email its currently linked to) do make sure to change the password to your gmail and if you havent its also a good idea to setup a 2 factor like a phone code or something. but im glad you got back in the game!

I used to have an account but I cannot remember any of the login info. I made purchases on it on my Apple ID around 2 years ago and I have screenshots with the captain name in the background (ReiGT). Is there any way for me to retrieve my account?

some tips on finding your UID is if you have any in game friends that you can contact they can look it up. or if you have any screenshots of your account page it would be on there. or if you have it installed on pc and never uninstalled it since the last time you logged in you can find it in the registry as well

though if its been over two years its possible you havent linked it to a hoyoverse, you can also try doing the account retreival button in the game on your ipad and trying the apple account login and see if it shows anything

well if the account was made with apple id, it may work, but if its made through old MiHoYo account, it might not?
old mihoyo accounts had appleid as a login option on iOS devices. if it was through email and password then they'd have to remember that yeah

then go to the registry editor (press win + r and type regedit and hit enter) and then go to this folder/key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3rd\GENERAL_DATA_V2_Account_hxxxxxxxx and look in it, it should have the email address its linked to
you can then do a forgot password to reset the password

then since you've forgotten your login details, your UID (account ID number), and basically everything about your account theres only one thing you can do.
you'll have to go to hoyolab.com on your web browser, log in with what you "think" might be the hoyoverse account and then check the honkai battle chronicles to see if it shows your account. if it does not then log out and try a different hoyoverse account with a different email, twitter, facebook, appleID, etc until you find it. try every email and third party account you might have had access to in the last few years if you have multiple twitter accounts/appleID accounts etc and hopefully you find it

google pay is worldwide. in the faq the google play is blue because it shows how to get the "android" client on PC which lets you use google pay to top up on pc
since i can use local cash apps i think my only option is the third party websites where you give them your uid and then pay extra so they top up for you

i would be very very VERY careful about unofficial top up sites. that is a very common way to get your account hacked and stolen and sharing your account with anyone else is against TOS so if you do get your account stolen, customer support will not help you to get it back since you violated the terms of service
it might work yeah, can always try. and codashop accepts some kinds of gift cards and paypal accepts a lot of visa giftcards too so you can try those
but please do not go to sketchy third party sites, its against TOS of the game and has a high risk of getting your account stolen with no option to get help to get it back

they can take your UID, email customer support and say "hey i forgot my login credentials, can you help?" and since your UID is supposed to be known only to you, the owner they will go sure and give them a partiallly censored version of your email address which they can pretty easily hack if you dont have a strong password/2fa turned on and then all they have to do is change the password, then change the linked email address for your hoyoverse account in your account settings online and change it to their email address
its partly why it boggles my mind that HSR always has your UID on display

that is correct, you have to add them as a friend though so presumably you dont make friends with bad people, but if you did then customer support would help you get your account back, sharing your login details with a 3rd party website so they can top up for you is account sharing which is against TOS
if all they need is your UID, then i guess they're just going to codashop for you

i'd personally say yes, they're not official, not endorsed and not affiliated and sites like that are notorious for pretty much any game for stealing accounts
i dont know if the one you're looking at actually would, but most sites like that have a bad reputation because a lot of them steal accounts
i might just give up at this point 
iirc that means that there is no email linked to that hoyoverse account, so no way to send a forgot password email
but i will say if you havent played in like a year or more, if you care at all about the meta or being competitive then restarting might be better unless you have something rare or nostalgia on that account. pretty much all of the p1 valks are not good (as in they are horrifically expensive compared to the p2 valks to gear) and they suffer very much without their full gear and geared support team plus the beginner rewards are as always better than they've ever been and getting to lvl 80 has been done in 2-3 weeks these days so restarting might be something to consider 
but im sorry theres not more that we can help with. if you dont know your login details or UID or anything like that then theres not much we can do other than attempt to trigger your memory to remember what it is

hopefully you find it and if you do then write down your login info and UID so you dont lose your account in the future
if you started more than 2-3 years ago then something you can try is if you still have an iOS device then might be worth installing it on there and trying the account retrieval button and try the appleID login, it might find your "old" account and even though you cant complete the account retreival to link it to a hoyvoerse (since it already is, hoyoverse login was made the only login type 2 years ago) it would show your UID at which point you can email customer support and they'll tell you what the login method is

so for that its only bronya because of the end of fight lag quirk imo. regardless of who you have when you finish an enemy theres a bit of lag as it transitions from the combat arena to the map exploration and loads the exploration UI and all that. i personally think the reason it only looks like the normal slow mo with bronya is because of the post fight lag co-inciding with her long follow through animation. if you finish them off with a normal attack it doesnt do that but with her sword animation it does. but finishing with every character induces a bit of lag. im not sure why its so prominent with bronya but its normal behavior.
unrelated but for your best team question, i dont know the meta but i personally like adam, bronya and timido ultimate spec. i usually just use timido to take out almost everything in the tasks since with the exception of a few enemies, you can to the 2 attack > hold attack while in midair to do her spinning midair which will infinitely juggle enemies and has an ok hit count to take down hitcount shields. then i just ult with the others when needed.

I've just done a little researching, it may be due to cloud gaming platforms counting as account sharing which is against ToS. That's the grounds Blizzard are using for these bans anyway as far as I know, and Hoyo also has a no account sharing policy,

sometimes EGS doesnt update until you restart, can you restart your pc and then open EGS and if it does not update honkai, try to restart the EGS app a couple of times (keep in mind by default it will minimize and not fully close) and make sure that in the settings that allow auto updates is turned on before you restart the first time. @silk kite try this too

for that give it some time, there appears to be a lot of people downloading it atm so it can "hang" for short periods of time but if it appears totally frozen and you're on PC, try waiting a bit and trying again later, or manually download the file with an internet download manager and use one of the links from the message above, and then putting the zip file in the same folder that your bh3.exe file is in (by default its in the games folder of your game installation) and delete the .tmp version of the same file you downloaded
if it totally freezes, try manually downloading or just try again later

though if you google how to uninstall it theres some articles on how to do that. i cant verify how well they work but you can try those

you mean will you have problems if you uninstall it? possibly, it depends on if you use anything that uses that. some apps would use that to have a browser interface in their app/game and without that it wouldnt work
but i dont think it would crash your computer in general if you uninstalled it

i gotcha, some apps though use edge integration if they want to have a browser interface in their game/app. its like how some apps use chromium for like a menu or things like that
so even if you dont use it. some apps might so just keep in mind if something isnt working you might have to reinstall it

you can try restarting the pre-download by closing your launcher, going to your games installation folder and then going to the games folder in there where bh3.exe is and deleting the BH3_v7.5.0_1eaf178240fa.7z_tmp files and then opening the launcher to start it again. or you can manually download it from here #🔌technical-help message and then putting the file in your games folder and deleting the tmp files

first just try restarting your computer, if it happens again update your graphics drivers and run any windows updates that may need doing, if it still happens again then please send your output log Pressing Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ and put the output log file in here if it exists

all versions of windows allow domain login
seems to be an issue with the graphics, whether thats in the game or your drivers im not sure so first try running a repair in the launcher and then whether or not it fixes any issues, restart your computer and then try again.
are your graphics drivers up-to-date too?
if it crahes again then use DDU (you can google DDU to get to the site to download that program) to cleanly uninstall your nvidia drivers and then after those are uninstalled, install the latest drivers from your nvidia geforce experience app. if that doesnt help then you can try reinstalling the game entirely but tbh your graphics card is at the minimum specs even over a year ago so it could be related to that

you'll have to contact customer support with your UID and explain your issue #how-to-contact-cs has their emails, please be aware that they can take 1-3 days to respond depending on how many tickets they're working and all that

For that you don't need to include all of that info, main things they'll need is your UID, a description of your issue and if you have the ticket number of them getting your hacked account back that should be all they need initially, if they need anything else specific they'll ask you for it.
Since your issue isn't an account issue that's not required info at the moment. You're issue is a banned issue

Collapse Launcher dev here~
We are aware that currently Collapse doesn't detect the preload correctly. This bug has been fixed internally and waiting to be released in a few hours.
You can, however, download the file manually (look at pinned message in this channel) using browser or download manager (eg. Free Download Manager) then put it in your game folder next to the BH3.exe
Once the Launcher update came, it will detect the preload file and apply it on the patch day

Hmmm yeah that looks right, if they and reinstalling the game didn't work in not sure what else it could be since the error is 100% about the graphics causing the issue. I'd email customer support with your error log and output log as well as the stuff you've tried so far and see if they know anything else that you can try #how-to-contact-cs

malware can be dependant on a case by case basis. all i can really recommend is to if possible on another device download a couple of different malware removal tools and put them on a flash drive and then boot your computer into safe mode and install/run the malware removal software and have it deep scan your system
