your UID would be in there too. or like i said earlier if you gave someone an invite code that has it, or if you have any in game friends that you can contact they can look it up too.
or since you said you played after the hoyoverse login, if you have any other games linked to that hoyoverse like HSR or genshin if you get the UID for those they can try to help. or if you have the saved login you can login the same way on HI3

We would need to go though a lot of specific windows since there are ways to let an email appear to come from a different address than the one it actually is send from
best would be to make sure, that all old tickets are closed, and check the actual sender information's
with gmail it is relatively easier, when you open an email, than below the senders address, there is a 'to me' (and CC's) and an arrow pointing down
pressing that arrow reveals additional informations
not recently no and yeah its not a common issue, basically what it means is that the game tried to access some RAM outside of the bounds that windows gave it which isnt a malicious thing, usually just some buggy code or windows acting up. if it happens again please send your output log before reopening the game so i can see what the game was doing when it crashed
Press Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ and put the output log file in here
hopefully just a one-off ty, it didn't happen again

like...i can run stuff like Elden Ring no problem, so it would be weird if it cant run honkai
tbh that doesn't say much, each game is build differently so you can run a game with the x specs but not other and because a game looks "anime" like doesn't mean is not heavy on resources

I need some help with the launcher, I've wanted to come back to honkai to finish all the things i had pendient in my honkai acc, 1 week ago i downloaded all the game but when the launcher was verifying the files, i got an error saying that there was a problem verifying the files, and told me to install all again, I did that and the second time, Again. I've searching a way to fix the problem but i din't know how, Today i though of downloadind it in other Device (A laptop) So i downloaded all and when the it was verifying the files i closed the launcher because din't wanted to get the same error again, i'm kind of confused on this, like is it normal to have a 7z_tmp file in the games folder even when it is verifying? i don't want to waste more hours since it's already night in my country
i think i remenber that it had a part that would extract the file so it's all good, but really, it's just too boring wait too much time to download a game

sort of, the .tmp file is the update, it just adds the tmp until after its verified and then it unzips it
but since its having issues doing that i highly recommend either using one of the custom launchers in this pin
or by manually doing the update if you dont want to use one the custom launchers (the custom launchers handle updating the game much much better than the official launcher)

the custom launchers work just like the regular one though, just click update, wait and then let it cook, thats why i recommend those first since its easier and works for future updates
Should i try let it verify the files again? since i downloaded all in a laptop with good graphics cards
you might as well try, if you use the custom launcher you'll want to let it redownload anyways so try to let it finish verifying then if it fails then switch to a custom launcher.
and tbh the issue is a connection issue by your internet service provider corrupting the download, how good your computer is doesnt actually affect anything with the download

Is there a known issue where PC performance suddenly gets terrible? Like, it's been fine for months and then suddenly the framerate drops to, like, 5 fps after closing and then reopening the game? The only thing that's fixed it so far is rebooting my machine, but it happens too often for that to be convenient. Every other game I run is fine. I'm also on an RTX 3080 so it's not a requirements issue.
Another weird thing about this is if I hold down alt and press tab, but keep alt held down so it just bring up the alt-tab menu, while the game still plays behind it, the framerate goes back up to ~120 fps.
It's almost like a buggy version of that feature where the game reduces framerate when you're not focused on it, but it's reversed by accident.
for your first issue, no other users had that issue afaik, but could be cause by many factors and can be for just "one game" in my case some time ago was win defender doing a scan of the game files the 2nd time i run a game in the same "session", but could be win using the wrong power settings/bad drivers/fast boot causing issues/etc.
and for the 2nd by any chance you have multiple monitors with different refresh rate?

@final steeple you could also do a reinstall of your drivers or upgrading to the newest version or downgrading to a more stable, reapplying thermal paste to both GPU and CPU and lowering down some of your settings
If the issue still persist then it could be an optimization issue that can be fix by telling it to the CS, #how-to-contact-cs

tbh this is normal behavior depending on your device (specs/background process/etc.), when is verifying will use more resources so if you do something you can make the program stop for some time
can you explain better what is the issue, when you say it doesnt fix on the monitor, is like the game is running on the wrong resolution?
When I run the game, I put it up to max resolution and I still have black bars on the sides
did you change the resolution setting in game, right?
and can you check if you still have the problem if you use the unity config screen to change the resolution (hold LShift while you launch the game)

Guys I was downloading Hi3 on my pc, it downloaded all the resources and was verifying them, it's been stuck on "Verifying 99.9%" for the past 45 mins

It's better to wait.
If the verifying lasts more than an hour, try restart the game.
If restarting doesn't help, close the game and send output_log.txt from %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3rd\

Excuse me, i need help... So i retrieved my old account and the interface changed to this
I tried to put my old username and pass... It says invalid account format
But the account is literally there
yes that is normal. the account retreival button is to link your old mihoyo account to the new hoyoverse account system, they're two different account systems entirely so the fact it exists on the old mihoyo system but not on the hoyoverse system is normal. if its saying invalid account format at the "create a new hoyoverse account to link your old mihoyo account to" screen then are you doing username or email? for username it does not accept special characters for the hoyoverse account system
or numbers iirc, but try email address instead and make sure there isnt a space at the end of it and it should create a hoyoverse account (assuming that you dont already have a hoyoverse account on that email address)
if you do then it can give that error too.

oh and lastly as a disclaimer, if you care about the end game meta or being competetive then it will be more worth it to restart from the beginning, unless you have event skins or unobtainable characters on that account (like asuka) then there is not a single valk from two years ago (when they switched over to hoyoverse accounts) that is still anywhere close to being good in the end game today

becasue if its the first one, then it didnt link successfully and you created a new honkai account and bound it to that hoyoverse account, you'll need to use a different one. if its the second message then your honkai account is already linked to a different hoyoverse account
if its the first one i recommend making a new hoyoverse account at account.hoyoverse.com first (not in game but on a web browser) and then use that at the linking process and wait until you see a screen saing link success before trying to log into the game, if you dont see that screen then dont try to log in, restart the game first and try again until you get the link success screen
if its the second one then contact customer support via email #how-to-contact-cs and give them your UID and tell them you've forgotten which hoyoverse account its on and they'll help figure it out for you

sorry its confusing, basically the linking didnt work so when you logged into the game with that new hoyoverse account, it didnt detect a linked honkai account and created a new one. im not sure what happened during the link process since i dont know which of the two failed to link messages you got but thats why your hoyoverse email had a new lvl 15 account.

This can happen for only 2 reasons: Either you logged into the game with the wrong account or you logged into the wrong server. This is what the issue is 99.999% of the time. Please first double check that you are in the right server that your account is on. If you havent reinstalled the game (just reopening it after a while) and are on the Global server (GLB) please double check that you have selected the right server (Americas/Europe).
If you have reinstalled the game, please make sure that you have the right version installed. You can find out which server you have installed by clicking [here.](#🔌technical-help message) If you have the wrong server isntalled then you will need to uninstall the game and reinstall the correct version to get into your account. has anyone else been having just random frame drops? like my game performs great normally but like for example, if an enemy spawns in i'll get a really bad frame drop and it'll go back to normal 1-2 seconds later, it's really annoying
hmm, for that you can try running the game repair at the launcher if you're on pc, can also try lowering the graphics settings a little bit assuming you're above the minimum specs for the game (the specs are in the pins). but generally speaking its not a widespread issue that everyones having
if you try lowering the graphics settings first try the rendering accuracy, it has one of the bigger impacts on performance
my specs are definitely above the minimum requirement, the game runs at a stable 120 fps mostly, it's just every once in a while it'll drop heavily and freeze and then go straight back to 120, but i'll try what you recommended
then yeah first try repairing the game, can also try reinstalling if your internet is good for it, but somethings up since i dont think anyone at the appropriate graphics settings for their hardware have had this specific issue (at least those that have reported it in here)

depending of the gamemode could be a connection issue too, i got before like "stuttering" when playing with a bad connection 
is that still a thing? i thought i tested all the game modes by disabling my network in the device manager while in stages and as long as i was connected again for the rewards screen (or in ER for the signet selection screen) i didnt get any issues. but i might have missed a mode

i dont see how it would. no connection is theoretically worse than a bad connection but i also dont know how i'd test an unstable connection to see, i dont have one of those

when emulating a network device the software can just simulate it by just trashing some packets
there are also other factors like latency
can easily be simulated as well
grab onto the packet and don't let it go for some time 
yeah i was talking about a bad connection, idk what exactly was the issue because we only see the latency on the hud, but sound to me like dropped packets, because the game still worked, no infinite loading, but after i change the network everything worked fine, even when that other one had "worse ping"
but yeah i just got that problem like a couple of times in HI3, i got stuttering almost everytime on other games

Yes is a heavy game but keep in mind that in there you only see the average %, for example on a cpu with 4 cores, a program could be using 2 cores at 100% but its only going to show 50% there (not exactly but just a easy way to explain)
for some reason when i open/re-open an application it jumps then go back to normal, i guess thats normal
repairing the game fixed it :D

unfortunately not, the only thing you can do is delete the entire hoyoverse account (which deletes any other games linked to it like HSR or genshin) or make a new account. but theres no built in way to reset your progress or unlink an individual game account from its hoyoverse account

you can change the email but it would affect the other games on your hoyoverse account since they're all on the same account.
and yes your HSR will get deleted also

np, if you're rerolling you can either make a new account or if you use the collapse launcher you can install multiple servers easily so you could have an alt account on the EU server pretty easy since you can have 1 game account per server

depends on when you started and what you did. they did rework the early game to make it a lot more streamlined, exp rewards are in general higher. but if you speed through any tutorials and blast through the story stages you can get to 30 very shortly

ah i gotcha, did you try to read any of the dialogue or tutorial or skip it all? cuz the whole getting to lvl 30 in 3-4 hours is assuming you skip through the tutorial and all story dialogue and beat the stages fast paced like and focusing mostly on story
taking a few days is a normal pace imo
yeah thats probably the biggest reason right there, can easily quadruple the length of some stages if you read it if its a short stage
People are reaching lvl 50 in 5 days without skipping story tho

On GLB client, there are two servers (NA & EU), you can switch between these two without installing a different client.
If you are on SEA server, you will need to install a separate server client.

having the same issue with PC but I can access hoyolab via mobile.. not sure if its something to do with PC access since both my PC and mobile is connected to the same network
maybe, i just tested on pc again and it didnt have any issues so it cant be for everyone at least. maybe also try clearing your browser cache in addition to restarting your router, pc, stuff. (just cuz they're on the same network doesnt necessarily mean it gets routed the same so it could still in theory be a connection issue)
what is the error that you are getting in the site? could be a dns problem, cookies, etc.

but what error are you getting? and did you check if you still have the issue if you try to use incognito / another browser?

ok so chrome seems to be the issue even incognito.. just this never ending white loading on chrome

i gotcha, if you didnt use DDU then try that too, a lot of times when using the built in graphics uninstaller (or update/reinstaller) it leaves a lot of junk behind which DDU cleans up

no geforce experience doesn't come with DDU, its an open source grahpics uninstaller program, in fact it was made for a few reasons, but a big one was because nvidia's geforce experience specifically leaves a lot of junk (.DLL's, registry keys, etc) behind when uninstalling
you can try reinstalling the game first and the dism cmd command first but if those dont work i'd try using DDU to cleanly uninstall your graphics drivers and install the latest ones from fresh

can you provide these screenshots so i know what all your computer is working with?

i gotcha, one quick question then, do you know if its using an integrated graphics or a dedicated graphics?
but i think the issue is either being on a virtual machine, or that the graphics drivers are a year and a half out of date. pc honkai wasnt designed to run on anything other than a standard windows computer and between the virtual machine resources being around the minimum requirements for RAM and VRAM amounts and the fact the virtual machine needs to send the stuff honkai is giving it to your computers graphics/ram/etc and then take it back and give it to honkai (creating an additional layer) it might be incompatible with the new stuff.
i'd try updating the graphics drivers in it first and if that doesnt help then it maybe consider giving it more RAM and VRAM if possible.
if you're using a mac then also be aware that they're releasing an official mac version soon, like next patch soon iirc. but if nothing helps then you can also try customer support and see what they say #how-to-contact-cs

thats why then, you've installed the SEA version of the game, it doesnt have europe/americas which is the Global (GLB) version. you'll have to uninstall that and reinstall the global version (links for downloading the global version are in the 2nd pin)

I haven't played in a while and I went to login and I'm in the tutorial?
If you've played recently (even once since July 2022) this can happen for only 2 reasons: Either you logged into the game with the wrong account or you logged into the wrong server. This is what the issue is 99% of the time. Double check that you are in the right server. If you are on the Global server (GLB) please double check that you have selected the right server (NA/EU).
If you have reinstalled the game, please make sure that you have the right version installed. You can find out which server you have installed by clicking [here.](#🔌technical-help message) If you have the wrong server isntalled then you will need to uninstall the game and reinstall the correct version to get into your account. If you are not sure what's the right server or if you're using the wrong account then what you can do is go to hoyolab.com and log in with the Hoyoverse account you think it is. Then go to the Honkai Battle Chronicles page to show the Honkai accounts linked to that Hoyoverse account. You can change the server at the top of the page so you can look through all the servers to find your account. If you do not find your Honkai account there then log out and try a different account. Steam accounts
Steam uses the SteamID to create your account and auto logs it in. Since it does not use the Hoyoverse account to log in you cannot log into your Steam Honkai Impact character on your phone or with the official launcher. You can only launch the game from your Steam account. If you have multiple Steam accounts then make sure that you are logged into the right Steam account when opening the game from steam. Please remember to ask for the ability to link steam accounts to Hoyoverse accounts on version feedback surveys!
I'm getting the message "You must use your usual device to consume equipment"
This is an anti theft measure. Basically this is so if a hacker gets access to your account they cant delete everything until you contact customer support. To fix this all you have to do is keep playing the game everyday on that new phone/computer for around a week and then it will let you salvage your items.

I keep getting an error that says invalid account format or it says username/password is incorrect
Please make sure you are typing the username/password correctly. Also do NOT copy and paste or use autofill. A lot of times they add a blank space at the end of either the email or password and that will make it not work. If you are manually filing it out correctly then try forgot password and if none of that works then contact Customer Support and explain your issue and give them your UID so they can help figure out the login issue. There is no known permanent fix for this issue for some people. This started in 7.3 and there are only two things that have worked to fix it for some people. First try clearing your cache:

The floor is missing/glitched out in new areas, or characters dont show up in dialogue or other Graphical Glitches
This is because your device is below the minimum requirements, particularly in the graphics (VRAM) department. For the missing characters missing you need a minimum of 2GB of VRAM. For the entire floor missing in new areas then you are below the minimum requirements or your graphics drivers are very out of date. Though there are some known issues with a few floor areas missing their textures so please ask if it's common! Please refer to this message for the recommended specs to play: #🔌technical-help message

My FPS rapidly drops, or the game crashes a lot. Especially in newer areas
Please first make sure that your device meets the [minimum requirements to play](#🔌technical-help message) and if it does meet them then the next thing to do is check if your graphics drivers are out of date:

- Go to the Display tab and look on the right side where it shows the date that your graphics drivers are. If its older than 3 months old please update those first and see if that fixes it.
If your game is crashing a lot then the next time it happens before you try to reopen the game do the following:
- Press Windows + R, input dxdiag.
- Please get screenshots of the System and Display tabs (+ Render tab if present). And put them in a message describing your issue along with your output log so we can see what the game was doing when it crashed. To get your output log do the following:
Press Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ and put the output log file in here along with screenshots of the 2+ dxdiag screens along with a description of your issue (like when it crashes if it does it in the same area, etc).
My entire computer crashes and gets a Blue screen when I try to play the game
This is usually caused by a corrupt windows driver/file or your game installation is broken. First try opening command prompt and run the following commands:
- Press Windows + R and type
cmdand hit enter. - Next type
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthand let that finish. - In command prompt type
sfc /scannowand let the command finish. - Next run the chkdsk on the drive that Honkai is installed on to check for corrupted hard drive sections Example: (if your honkai is installed on D drive then replace the C: with D:)
chkdsk C: /f /r(please note that while this typically takes 5-30 minutes, it can possibly take several hours and is not safe to stop once started) - Restart the computer.
If those dont find any issues then try reinstalling the game and if that doesn't work either then let us know what the error code on the Blue screen says or contact customer support #how-to-contact-cs
The game doesn't recognize my controller
The game was designed for Windows default xinput which is Xbox style controllers, because of that some PlayStation, Nintendo or 3rd party generic controllers don't get recognized automatically. Please make sure to connect the controller using a USB cable or Bluetooth 4.0 adapter or higher to connect to the PC and try restarting your PC.
If the above methods do not work, please add BH3.exe to Steam (the default location is C:\Program files\Honkai impact 3\Games\bh3.exe ), and run the game on Steam with Steam opened as Administrator with the controller detected on Steam (DO NOT install the Steam version of the game, add it to your steam library as a non steam game).
If the issue still persists, you can try using controller wrappers like DS4Windows, XOutput, SCPToolkit, and more.
As a note, the android version does not have controller support.
Why do the CG's look so pixellated? How can I make them better?
This is unfortunately not something that can be fixed, the CG's are at a fixed resolution that cannot be changed. A long time ago they changed the CG file format to .usm and due to how they're compressed it gave the CG's a lot of compression artifacts. They did this for a few reasons but partly it was to reduce the game installation size by around 8-10GB at the time of this writing. Since the resolution is fixed for them its mostly noticible on larger resolution screens like on PC. They do get better and higher resolution over time though and around chapter 20 it gets noticibly better than before. Please tough it out until then, and during version feedback surveys please ask for them to give the option to have a bigger download size for higher resolution CG's.
My CG freezes at a specific part every time
You can try running the repair function at the games login screen to check for corrupted assets (Red repair icon at the lower left corner of the login screen). But if that does not work then contact Customer Support for assistance, they will give you a link to download a good copy of the CG to replace in your game files, the default file location for them is C:\Program Files\Honkai Impact 3\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video. https://discord.com/channels/418652140454674432/862844286260609064

This is a connection issue, even if your internet seems fine and you can access websites just fine this is a connection issue to the Honkai servers specifically. It is free and is known to work fine with fixing Honkai connection issues.
You can alternatively try to manually download the update, just ask in here for the latest manual update steps and it will be given to you. How do I move my game to another drive/folder?
To move your game to another folder or a different drive on your computer do all of the following steps.
- Copy the entire Honkai Impact folder where you want it to go. Please make sure its in its own folder and not mixed in with other files.
- Go into the Games folder where you copied your game to and copy the folder path from the top of the file explorer (Example: G\test\Honkai impact 3rd glb\Games )
- Go back to the Honkai impact folder, this is the one with a lot of files and has launcher.exe in it. Open the config.ini file.
- Edit the game_install_path to be where your games folder is, this should be the thing you copied in step 2.
- You're done! You might need to re-add the launcher.exe to your start menu if windows doesnt recognize where you moved the launcher to but that is how you move your game to a new location.

if im not wrong, your device is below min specs, 2 gb of ram + PowerVR GPU, this last one will give you many issues because is not supported by the game, so it will get graphics problems.

I use the DS4 app, and when I connect my joystick via USB the game detects it, but when I connect the controller to the PC via Bluetooth, it doesn't
And I can't keep the controller connected bc it would ruin the joystick's battery
idk, they haven't said anything about the mac ver. only the "coming soon", but on CN someone shared that is releasing for 7.4 idk if is going to be the same for the other clients

probably your only option its going to be using the Steam Input option...
and about the problem. it could be many things but most of the time directinput devices (like PS) when connected via bluetooth have kinda like another mode, so they send info on "other channel", that if the OS/Game/Driver dont have support, its not going to work
depending of the device you will be on that mode always when connecting via bluetooth and on other you can get the "first mode" if nothing ask for the 2nd one (app/game/etc.)
but i could be wrong, i never used PS controllers on PC because i don't like the layout but i can replicate the problem with the switch controller and is because of that

i believe thats the mobile version, it says designed for ipad and the mac version isnt supposed to be out till 7.4, which would explain why it has controller support but no keyboard support since the iphone/ipad versions have controller support but since they are mobile devices do not have keyboard support.

and the reason why they took the mobile version is due to the fact that the M series Macs use the ARM architecture (like their iPhones/iPads), so they'd only need to make minimal adjustments to the mobile version of the game to make it playable on the M series Macs

and the only way to fix it was by running dism but using a win iso as source
iirc if its used like every day it only takes about a week. i dont know if you have to use the new device every day since theres no official info about the specifics with it so i'd contact customer support and explain whats been going on, make sure that you let them know you've been using the new device 1-3 times a week and nothing else for a month #how-to-contact-cs

that could be the issue, you should use your stamina even when most endgame modes dont need it 
should be able to do a quick dorm expedition for some stamina, takes about 5 seconds to do
and you can use your stamina on material stages using the lite button to skip having to play them

the best is to always use your stamina, the good thing is that you can use most of it on OW,Materias,expeditions and those give you the option to skip the gameplay
i still remember when the lite option was just a time-event 
i loved it when they added lite, it cut my dailies time consumption down by a good 20+ minutes, esp counting MA. but yeah i was one of those that gave way too good feedback on the limited lite event for them to ignore it

i just disable it because was causing on random sessions many issues with some programs, and because my OS is on a ssd, disable that option only added like 1-2s to the boot but not more random issues

in the error log it says d3d11.dll caused and Access Violation
If it happens once then that's normally ok, if it happens again then please before reopening the game send us pictures of your dxdiag tabs and your output log (instructions for that are in the game crashes section of the first pin)

Honkai Impact 3 will no longer receive updates on HUAWEI AppGallery. Captains will be unable to download or update the app from the HUAWEI AppGallery and will not be able to log in to the game using HUAWEI ID.
From APR 25 to JUL 25, Captains with existing accounts can still use their Huawei IDs to play the game, but some app functions such as top-up and sign-up will be unavailable.
To ensure that Captains can continue playing the game normally after closure, we will provide an Account Transfer function in the v7.4 update released on APR 25. Captains can transfer their game accounts to HoYoverse accounts, and continue playing the game using any official SEA client thereafter. (Your Captain level, item quantity, character equipment, and other content in Honkai Impact 3 will not change.)
This service will only be available from APR 25 to JUL 25. To avoid issues such as the loss of accounts, please perform the account transfer as soon as possible during this period.
Affected Captains using HUAWEI ID channel will be provided with 300 Crystals. Please collect the compensation through in-game mail during APR 25 ~ JUL 25.

I rebooted my pc to do an update and then ran Malwarebytes for a routine check..and for some reason it's flagging a file from Honkai 3rd called MHYPROTECT.Sys ..is this a false positive?

well AV's get constant "dictionary" updates to detect more/new viruse code so it probably got one of those and thought the anticheat + others were sus
a lot of times its overzealous which is why theres a "report as safe" or something button for some AV's so they can fine tune their detection to ignore ok things
but like for instance, some code i personally modified to fix a bug which was nothing more than a while loop triggered windows security and thought it was a trojan, then malware, then just sus code when scanned 3 consecutive times 
pc was weird..it scheduled an update restart today..so I fell asleep..woke up and it rebooted and I had to login..and when I logged on..Genshin impact was still running and working fine and it was still in the middle of story dialogue..lol..but nothing else would load outside of the game..programwise..so..had to hard reboot.

yes you can copy the files and use it on another pc, you only need to use the "locate game" option of the launcher and select the folder that has bh3.exe on it (by default C:\Program Files\Honkai Impact 3\Games)

yes, but if you want a fresh install the best is to download the game again, because if you didn't make a fresh install recently you probably will copying some files from old events
what is the step if i want to install the game from the client? what folder game data should copy?
if you want a fresh install but dont want to download more than you have to, just copy the streaming assets folder since most of that is the in-game download while the cg plays. dont forget to select the same download type (basic asset vs full asset install)
after the launcher is done with its update and says launch, then copy the streaming assets folder into it and that should save some time
though if you want to totally copy everything over without having to download anything at all and make it work fine. just copy the entire honkai impact folder to the same folder location in the new computer (for instance if you had it in D:\Games\Honkai Impact 3) then copy it to the same folder path and then also backup your mihoyo registry folder:
- press Win + R and type
regedit - in there go to \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and right click the honkai impact folder and click export.
- them move the .reg file to your new computer and open it to copy your honkai settings and stuff over to the new computer too

yup, if your original account is on EU then thats where your account is, you just need to install the global version of the game and launch that and you'll be on your original account. are you on pc or mobile? and if on mobile are you on android or iOS?

yeah on mobile it uses your physical location to auto determine the version of game to download. your app probably says honkai impact 3 which is the SEA server version. you can have 1 in game account per server for each hoyoverse account, so your FB account can have 1 NA, EU and SEA account on it for instance.
to get the GLB version with NA and EU to select at the login screen just uninstall that and manually install the GLB android .apk from this pin #🔌technical-help message
as a side note to get the mobile version to update when 7.4 comes out you'll need to redownload the .apk from our pin when its released to manually update the game

It won't get replaced, if you mean a different hoyoverse account when you say "new Twitter account" then no you can't merge two hoyoverse accounts, it just won't let you do that. If you mean a newly created account on Twitter then what would happen is your hoyoverse with the old account and your email linked to it would just also have your Twitter linked to it, so an additional option when logging in but nothing else would change.
If you have two hoyoverse accounts and you'd like your email address to be linked to your Twitter account then what you can do is create a new email to change the linked email on the old hoyoverse account and then since your regular email is not in use you can then link it to the Twitter hoyoverse account. But that would also change the email for any other games on the old hoyoverse account like genshin or hsr. But if you do want to change the email you do it at account.hoyoverse.com

The problem is that in the GLB client the CGs are only available in JP, you need to manually replace them with CN ones, there's a pin with them

I'm having an issue with Collapse Launcher where the game sometimes "stutters" like swapping between a "loading screen" and "in-game screen" simultaneously in quick occurences (a miliseconds flashes).
Safe to say this is only happens for Collapse since it's 100% replicable every time, but never happens on default launcher
i'd report that in the collapse launcher discord, all the devs for it pay much closer attention in there

online vs offline what is the difference?
online will download some files on its own when installing, offline is just the whole thing at once that you then run the installer.
you know how most programs have a "downloading" phase when you go to install it? thats what the online version of stuff is, offline version is the whole program in one package so you can for instance transfer it to a pc thats not connected to the internet and install it there so its the "offline" version
but they'll both end up being the same size and end result. just two different options
If you already have a Mihoyo Account with data on it for HI3, can you overwrite the data of that account with another account's data? I found my lost account from 2018 that is linked to Game Center and wanna know if its possible to overwrite my current HI3 Data on Hoyoverse acc with the game center data.
Can you try enable this in App Settings? and see if it helps with the stutter
Also in game settings menu, you can try enable "Boost Game Priority"
And make sure that you're using the latest Collapse Launcher version

Hello, I have a problem.
If I wanna login into the game on a new device (mobile), it sends me a security code to my email address for verification - but the email never arrives. I already checked the spam folder and I tried it on several days multiple times. There has never been any email.
If I try to login on another PC, I'm getting at least the option to verify with my phone number instead and that works. But on mobile, I don't get that offer. It always only sends to my email address which doesn't work.
And yes, I still have access to that email address that is connected to my hoyoverse account. I checked the spam folder- not a single code arrived.

Did you check that you login on the correct server? You role say you play on NA, on the GLB client you can change the server on the login screen at the top-right side of the screen
And remember that HYV UID is not the same as the game UID
on mobile there isn't an option for switching servers

First thing to try is restarting your device entirely and if it has a quick start or anything like that make sure to fully shut it down and then turn it back on. If honkai has never worked on that phone then what model of phone is it?
There's a lot of Poco models, I'd need the specific one tbh like Poco gt4 or whatever it is But I'm guessing it never has opened on that phone?

The only reliable way is to completely reinstall the game unfortunately
