I'm pretty sure that that phone can no longer run the game so Google won't let you install it. You can try manually installing from the APK links in the first pin but that's rarely worked so be prepared for that phone to no longer run the game

Mhmm tbh it's a very labor intensive process especially the ones that are like 1 second longer in CN so the game won't recognize it if you just convert it like the rest and they have to be different uploads for the different servers since the files are different due to the different subtitle language options so if I had to guess it hasn't been done for sea yet with those

oh yes, the cn cgs have chinese subtitles hardcoded into the video (or at least they used to last i checked) and no language subtitle options, so to put it briefly you have to extract the video without the hardcoded subtitles into a non usm format, get the srt's from the other cg's and mux them together and convert back to usm and rename it to the same as the glb/sea copy. and that only works if the video length is the same down to the millisecond and the file size is the same as the glb/sea version

ingame settings this is mostly important to be low / medium in your case, as it take heavy load on the gpu

the last option you try is just for when the game is installed and you have issues with the game cache,
you issue right now is that the download of the new ver. got corrupted
you can:

• try again

in order to play on both pc and android you gotta start over and play on either GLB or SEA servers directly instead of steam

They should work, most cg files have the same name on both SEA and GLB with very few exceptions. Only EN and CN subtitles tho.

unfortunately the in game download isnt hosted on an external link, the best suggestion i have is maybe try the better hi3 custom launcher from the first pin and try the repair game function once it detects your already installed game? it might do it from the launcher and that launcher handles downloads better than the official one

2. Press Windows + R, input regedit.
3. In the opened window, please locate \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete it.
4. Press Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ in the opened window. Delete all the files in the Honkai Impact 3/3rd folder.
5. Restart your PC.

Do note that doing this will require you to login again. Linking account is highly recommended.

ah yeah might have been that. it can take up to 30 minutes on HDD and some cpu's so if its moving even a tiny bit just let it cook but if its frozen in one spot for like 10 minutes then yeah try restarting

Please make sure to connect the controller using a USB cable or Bluetooth 4.0 adapter or higher to connect to the PC.
If the above methods do not work, please add BH3.exe to Steam, and run the game on Steam with Steam opened as Administrator with the controller detected on Steam (NOT install the Steam version of the game).
If the issue still persists, you can try using controller wrappers like DS4Windows, XOutput, SCPToolkit, and more.

oh i see, so its main benefit is just to get all your emails in your main mailbox, like verification emails and so on. something else you can try on pc is get the protonVPN in the second pin (the free one) and connecting to usa with it, its possible globalprotect is routing you through a janky route too. it might not work if your wifi connection route is having problems too close to home but its free and is worth a shot ig if you really like playing on pc

iirc Huawei keep all the apks you installed on that "package installer" until you delete them from some place on the Huawei store, or just clearing the cache/data

Still, if you can download files by Google, with that app you can see on the "apps" section all your installed apps and apks on your phone... Unless they change it since I last use it

though just to let you know, unless you had something pretty sentimental on that account you'll get much better stuff by restarting, and level 31 can get gotten in less than 4 hours these days and you get good characters for the beginner missions
