I think the problem is not that file, I already checked that file MD5 and it's same as the required. The one that is different is the pcktmp which I don't know where it from. But I will try downloading your file and replace it but I really doubt that will solve the issue.

I found that replacing the Version.txt file while it works and let us actually opeens the game, some audio went missing

Trying to fix it by deleting the version.txt file then pressing the wrench button (repair game files) on login screen and found its now trying to download 2.8GB more assets

The problem I encounter is that (at the end of the fight) the game image freezes and impossible to continue, the only way is to restart the game. Except that the progress is not saved, so impossible to do the RE or the Abyss.

yeah its just not optimized for your specific chipset/gpu, so its the game. its likely due to the hardwares newness and not many users using it yet so optimizing for that is not a priority. For the specs of your chipset and GPU thats normal frames so its just not optimized if that makes sense. The reason the app switching helps if i had to guess is because its unloading a lot of stuff from the GPU that it might not be needing. But yeah as art said earlier theres no fix really that CS can just do so if you havent already remind them that this is still happening and they'll pass it on to the dev team. if enough people start reporting/using that hardware then it'll get upgraded in priority to optimize for

I mean i cant give exactly why they havent fixed it, im not part of the dev team and have no knowledge of their inner workings. I can just make guesses, like I would guess that since the unity build they're using is very very old now and its what they know. Maybe its incredibly difficult to fix that for that build of unity so with the amount of users with that problem it is immensely cheaper to wait until the engine update coming out later than to keep duct taping the old engine for small portions of the player base if that makes sense. you can change, this is how you do it (though please note that this is just changing the linked login for your hoyoverses, if you had genshin for instance on your main email address and you switch it so honkai uses your mail email address then genshin would use whatever other email address you swap it with.

Sadly that is not posible, you have 2 HYV accounts, one for GI and other for HI3, and you can't merge HYV accounts

game accounts are bound to their hoyoverse account, theres no function/button or what have you that can tranfer a game account to a different hoyoverse account and customer support will only do it if you cannot access your account at all (like a hacked account or something)

i think its ok, you just will have to log out and log back in to y our honkai accounts hoyoverse if you wanna do like daily check in and stuff

Well, you can have multiple account that is not an issue so I think it should be ok, but if you want to be 100% sure you can email them and see what they tell you, iirc on hoyolab home site you can see all of the CS emails address.
But yeah like Luna said, if you want to use the hoyolab tools you can just login to the respective account

If you install the game from Google play, after you launch the game for the first time it will ask you to login to a Google account (this is just for payment, nothing to do with the game account) after is successful, once you click what you want, the game will open a browser tab to finish the purchase

BTW sloth been playing both sea n glb and idk why but it has a bit more delay on glb than sea for me even though it shouldn't be any difference gameplay wise

idk how much the drivers have improved. but some time ago one user had texture/shader problems on new stuff (ER/ch+20/...) probably because is using D3D9On12 API to run the game,
still i think "Arc 7" should run almost all of the game like close to 100fps on very high (render on high), I haven't used one so it's just my speculation

Small portions? Adreno 6xx maybe almost 2/3 playerbase, and vulkan game without proper using vulkan stream render is not a "decent reason", it is a not implemented vulkan thread representation from the start, which is mandatory without any objections.
If tech support cant provide correct driver api use, maybe, custom driver like using in emulators can solve this? Sounds fair: we cannot have time to doing basics, but instead you can download custom driver which fix it. I think it is a win-win situation.

do you have a source that 66% of all mobile players are on adreno 6xx chipset? but regardless of numbers this isnt really a topic for this channel since there is no fix for it and we can debate numbers and reasons all day. though regarding custom drivers in emulators that would only work for pc users iirc and at that point might as well use the pc client. but if you want to suggest a custom api to tech support as a fix then please do, they do work for the company after all lol

(PC)Experiencing the exact same issue since this morning. Can stream at high quality no buffering however:

Attempting to enter the game via the launcher

• Failed to check for update prompt (doesn't open the game)

I'm only having this issue while using a WiFi router connection which I always used to login. When using a WiFi connection from a mobile hotspot, I am able to login with no issues.

its a connection issue with the route your wifi router is taking, something in the middle is breaking in that specific connection. using a vpn fixes that

Hmm thanks did think of getting it as a 2nd gpu for hardware acceleration or an actual main one if it was a bit more well good to do like maybe if they could natively support dx11 10 and maybe 9 (10 n 11 tbh , Idm if 9 needs the api)
