the redeem codes are "automatically claim", and the rewards and are send to the respective places (currencies are added to the total you had, costume are in the valk menu, items are put on your inventory)

it could be many things, like AV scanning the file, the browser just getting stuck, that the website is not giving the "info" to finish, etc.
you could try to pause and resume, but if the problem wasnt the browser being stuck then is a 50/50 chance that could get corrupted
and just in case if you are using the links because the launcher is giving you problems, i recommend to use the drive or mediafire mirrors

When your download fails due to insufficient storage on your phone, what does auto switch to backup supply mean or due?

did you get an error? the default error msg mention something about storage but most of the time is other the problem
if you get that screen click on check details and send a screenshot here

yeah the problem is that the disk is full, (iirc iOS dont let apps use all the storage when is running low)
so it could be that i cant download, or that it cant unzip the files to install them (this last process need double the size to finish, e.g. if the file to unzip is 10 mb, you need 20mb to unzip, even when the end result is just 10mb)
then the only option is to see if you can free some space on your phone if you want to install the game, sorry

well you could try if you want, probably you could install both but the system data its going to build up again and can cause your problems in the future for the games updates.
honkai not much they already have a delta patch system, so the updates are now smaller, but genshin i think still "reinstall" the game for every update, i could be wrong, i dont play GI on phone anymore

you need to keep in mind that on HI3 the updates are adding like 0.5-1gb every ver. and on genshin i think is 1-2gb when a new zone is release
so soon the 64gb mobile devices are going go be a pain to get those 2 games installed

icloud is just to upload your files like videos,images,etc. so you can "delete them" from the device so you could free space on your phone but iirc on your device max you can get free is like 55gb
you can try and check if you can get both games now, but yeah on some months will have to choose what game you will install

If you installed via APK yeah you need to redownload the APK for every version update (remember you don't need to uninstall the old ver.)

The only problem is that on the unzip process, on a moment you will end with the files "duplicate" one in uncompressed form and the other compress, after check that the process was successful, then the compress file is delete

If you want more physical storage you will need to buy a new phone, almost all phones come with that on the Mobo making it difficult to change + some manufacturers add some "protection" so if something change it will block other things.
Not impossible but could bring some problems

FYI why I get phone via contract as with insurance you can get it replaced ASAP when broken.

With my recent upgrade I had a s21 and was running low of storage as I have genshin, hsr and honkai impact 3rd and a few other games and with my upgrade I have double the internal storage and I can relax a bit now.. Next 2 years when I get another upgrade most likely the s25 hopefully it'll also be double the storage from what the s23 plus has of 256GB.
They have a 1TB option for the s23 ultra but thats a bit too expensive for my contract budget

My whole contract price is £90 half is paid to pay for the phone and the other half is for 5G unlimited data and texts and inclusive extras like free netflix

Yes probably was as my network provider did send me a message about them doing maintenance on a tower that's near my area.
Seems my Internet connection has improved

I did a speed test and it's much better now .
I did put out a report request for this and they did owe me money back which I got from lack of 5G connection when I'm on a 5G contract.
I'm very pleased with EE and their services when you know what to do and understand your rights in the contract.
I know some people say they're horrible but imo and in my experience they've been incredibly helpful and even suggested me moving networks if my new phone and this maintenance didn't help but it fortunately did.

Before my new phone it was like max speed of 10mbps now its gone upto 50Mbps or 100mbps

its "Internet Service Provider" the ones you pay for get internet access, they should route you to the game server, but its gettings a problem,
so you can try the steps on the 5th pin to "fix/bypass" the problem or you can contact your ISP and tell them that you are getting the problem

I created a Honkai Impact account recently and I picked the Game Center option. Is there a way for me to link it to a Pc account? It says I have already linked it in game and has a number beside it. And then I go to the user center and try to link my email that has a hoyoverse account and it doesn’t work.

from what i understand is that you have a HYV account with your email, and you started the game via Game Center
if im correct, the problem is that by using a 3rd party login, you are creating a new HYV account if it wasnt linked before, so if you want the email there you need to unlink your email from the current HYV, or use other email

but what is the problem that is difficult to know, could be

• your device is giving problems when installing and a clear cache + restart should solve the problem
• can be a connection problem like Luna/Art already mentioned before
• if your device have low specs/slow storage, depending of the update can take more minutes to install
  and for last resource you can try reinstalling... if nothing of that work you probably need to contact CS for help

You can't, pretty strong anti hacker measures so all you could do is delete the hoyoverse account along with every game connected to it, wait for 30 days for that to go through and then make a new hoyoverse account so yeah not really. Just make a new email and create a new hoyoverse account with that, 10 minutes tops

Search for your GPUs driver's previous versions, get one from like a few months ago or so.

Use ddu to uninstall your graphics driver's.

Run the installer for the one you had downloaded earlier to install a less recent version of your GPU drivers

test mode appears when you have installed a program/app/driver and is not digitally signed by Microsoft, so you can just install the ver that is signed or you can disable it via cmd, but iirc windows normally will enable test mode by itself

and many anti cheats dont let the game run because of that

the problem is that if i tried disabling test mode back then, the pc would go woosh as if theres no driver

turns out the answer was easier than i expected

basically, download an older version of your videocard driver, use ddu to delete drivers and safely restart pc, install the older version, restart pc and done well and then i just had to do this in cmd bar that i run as administrator: "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON" and after a restart: "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF"

basically both of your internet providers are routing you through a connection to honkai servers that is unstable or getting dropped. honkai servers are on different physical locations than genshin or HSR so thats why its the only one thats affected

Like the mail says, you need to top-up so they can deduct the amount of paid crystal or your account is going to be banned.

that probably wont fix anything. your speed doesnt matter if your ISP is routing your connection through someone thats having network stability or is throttling peoples connections. your connection to honkai servers goes through about a dozen places/companies before getting to honkai servers

it just couldnt log you in so it auto logged you out, thats 100% a thing honkai does if it cant successfully log you in automatically

but heres the reason i said your phone is being weird. account.hoyoverse.com has never auto opened hoyolab, its not an online version of hoyolab and its only purpose is to manage your linked logins or delete your hoyoverse account entirely. opening a web browser and typing account.hoyoverse.com in the top address bar should never auto open the hoyolab app since they're not related at all (other than the fact hoyoverse owns both of those)

The issue is I can't log into hoyolab I do put in the correct details too.

So that amount of lag is fairly normal and is usually just your network communicating with the honkai servers. The first notifications always take about 1-5 seconds depending on people's connection. You could try a VPN to maybe improve the stability of your connection but I'm general a second or two of lag when menuing is considered normal for a lot of people (the vpn in this pin is good and free) #🔌technical-help message

clearing the cache wont help with connection issues, unless your cache is literally preventing your device from making any network connections then clearing the cache will just reset your settings but not fix the issue with that specific error

Yes that is the anti cheat so if you delete that the game won't run

Unfortunately it's a really good anti cheat so you can't have memory isolation turned on with it

and then there was 5.9.1

which removed mhyprotect.sys (non-persistent driver which handled UniFairy and then ACE kernel driver)

now ACE loads its own kernel driver, though when is unknown to me

it doesnt do so for me on windows 11 for either bh3 or hsr

but i know it does for some people on windows 10

(the driver is ACE_SSC_DRV64.sys and gets unpacked from ACE-DRV64.dll if it decides to, otherwise runs without kernel driver just with in-game ACE)

trust me when i say it was removed, i started playing in 5.5!

i tried before but was tharfed by UniFairy and i refused to let tencent junk make me disable memory integrity

but when i tried 5.5 i was pleasantly surprised

though a dumb question: was the user on windows 7 by any chance? there's a slight possibility that UniFairy its still embedded in BH3Base and used on below windows 10 i suppose

DirectX11 is a diagnostic thing for your PC applications especially your game programs to work properly with all your PC drivers or those .dll behind ~ without proper or correct directX, your game or the application may face bug as it fails to work nicely with your PC drivers.

To check your PC directX, go press Wins key and then search for "dxdiag" , run that DirectX Diagnostic Tool to check yours

well, if the game still has graphic glitch or bug, probably it may be due to other hardware failures due to heat or conflicts of files with other processing that we don't know. For example, if your GPU is being too high heat up while u are playing with high-quality of settings (video), then u may have higher risk of facing glitch.
