No it's not possible, not even CS can do it because it's a different login system entirely (uses your steamid to login) and there is no account transfer ability for hoyoverse accounts

The main issue is that the login system and server is totally different for steam

So it would be like transferring your sea account to global which isn't possible

You did make sure that they were aware that you accidentally created a new account on the hoyoverse you wanted to bind to right?

Or you could reply and say that you forgot what the login for it was

If they aren't willing to provide what the login for that UID though then your only option is to try all the 3rd party logins on Android emulator, try every email you've ever had and if it says username or password is incorrect then that means there's an account there but the password is wrong so just do forgot paid to reset it

Also be aware that you need to be on the right server for account retrieval to find your account

I keep having this issue whenever I try to set up Honkai Impact Where this error code 10015 comes up halfway through Verification after I've downloaded my assets. It says it's a storage issue, but it doesn't fix even if I clear up storage, and there's about a terabyte of storage on the location I'm downloading it. Is there a solution to this, it's never happened before?

ok, so basically unless the windows itself is having issue with the IO (which restart fixes) then the issue is that one or more of those specific files are corrupted likely due to unstable download. and then deleting the specific file in that error message and then let the game redownload it. you might have to do this several times since the error only shows 1-3 files at a time. i think the record was 17 so you might have to redo this a few times

you need to download the GLB client to play on the NA/EU servers, but the stores automatically put the client corresponding on the country that your "store account" has
on android you can just download the apk and install (check the 2nd pin 📌)
for iOS you need to use and AppleID with a GLB country, that is the only way the store will show the other client

I imagine if you are playing GLB from a location not supported by the client, you would VPN to USA and that would be a part of the reason why download speed is bad

if it has an option to go wired i'd test that since not responding for a couple of seconds before kicking back in sounds like the bluetooth is reconnecting which takes a few seconds usually

bluetooth issues like that have a wide range of possible issues + fixes but you could try updating windows, reinstalling the bluetooth drivers, making sure its not running any kind of power save or low performance mode, even reinstalling windows (I had a bluetooth issue recently that was only fixed by reinstalling windows for instance)

i'd recommend then trying to reinstall the game which would eliminate any issues with the game files causing it but if its still happening after a reinstall then the issue is probably with your windows xinput drivers. could try reinstalling the xinput drivers (instructions are hard to find so you can try this article for a different issue but explains how to reinstall your controller drivers https://windowsreport.com/xbox-wireless-controller-error-code-10-windows-10/ ) or as a last resort, reinstalling windows (can do "reset windows" to keep your files but will have to reinstall all apps ) to guaranteed fix any driver issue

It's could be your GPU that is causing that issue afaik Inter Arc still have problems with games that use dx11 and lower (+ the game uses a old unity build).
with collapse launcher you can try the dx12 experimental but iirc only work on old stages

mechanical wear and tear doesnt mean it is a "mecahnical" device like a mechanical keyboard. It means it has a moving part that after enough use will have less performance

and possibly, it depends on the construction. i think a true mechanical keyboard/controller is more resistant to repeated use but on the other hand i dont know if that controller has mechanical switches. theres rubber types with a little spring in them to make them feel mechanical but they are not

probably not for a little while. the issue is that too many requests from your network are whats giving that error. might be a few days before things calm down and the VPN is basically putting you on a different network. but you can try normally and if it doesnt work then just use the VPN for that day

the free option has japan, the netherlands and USA. you can use the free option and select the usa country for the best connection to sea servers like i said before. you dont have to select your own country in fact for connection issues i advise against it. but they also do not throttle your connection so any loss in speed would be due to someone else, maybe even your own mobile service provider since some internet providers throttle your connection a little if they detect you're on a VPN.

the issue isnt being caused by hoyoverse, its someone in between your device and the servers. your connection goes through about a dozen or so companies internet before getting to the hoyoverse servers for honkai (honkai, genshin and HSR are on different servers so thats why those other hoyoverse games are unaffected) but once whoever is causing the problem fixes it then the issue will be gone which can be anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks

account retreival is ONLY for people who have not linked their honkai account to a hoyoverse account. which if you have logged into the game at any time since july 2022 then you have linked your account to a hoyoverse account. that is why i said you cannot use it and that "error" saying that your account is already linked to a hoyoverse is supposed to say that since you obviously have linked your account to a hoyoverse account

so what you have to do is just wait for customer support to reply and help you figure out what your login for the game is. once you know what to use to log in with then you can get into the game

When doing the account retrieval first you need to be sure that you are doing it on the correct client (Glb for NA/EU servers or SEA) and are you sure that you login via email? Some users used only 3rd party logins on the old system (like Google account/ AppleID)

Still if you have your old UID you can ask CS for help telling that you try to do the link process but you forget how did you login on your old account (show the UID) #how-to-contact-cs

you can try forgot password or make sure that you're in the right server. also can try making sure that you dont copy past/auto fill the password since those like to add a space at the end. Also keep in mind if you dont normally log in with that username that your in game nickname does not automatically set that as your login username so if you havent played for a bit then make sure that you should even be using username as opposed to email or apple login

you cant unlink yourself, theres no option to. if you havent finished the tutorial yet on the new account i think customer support doesnt give you too much hassle with unlinking it but contact them since they're the only ones that can unlink accounts. though keep in mind that if it comes down to it (like they cant unlink for some reason) you can always just use a different hoyoverse account to link your account to and deal with two accounts. #how-to-contact-cs

its still a fixed bitrate/resolution, depending on the resolution of your monitor even the very latest ones can appear "horrible" because its still optimized to save space + for mobile and on lets say a 2K or even worse a 4K resolution they will always appear as a around 720p or slightly under depending on the video resolution

so on higher resolutions it just appears worse since its just around 720p at best

and the older ones are on the same bitrate/resolution but for some reason they got really bad compression artifacts basically which have never been fixed

but yeah thats why i said to contact customer support and idk what resolution you're playing on but at the higher ranges they'll probably all look bad because they are optimized for mobile at the end of the day and dont have an option for 10 more GB for HD cg's and all that

so you are doing the account retrieval, correct? keep in mind that miHoYo Pass (old system) is not the same that a HoYoverse Pass (New system)
on that screen you need to login with your HYV account you want to link to your old data, if you never had one (like for playing GI or HSR) then you need to create one

the event have like tiers, what the email said is that for getting that supply you need to be a user that didn't login by +45 days, if you have less you still can get the returnee event (iirc you need +15 days) but with less "rewards"

Gonna share my friend's unfortunate and weird experience.

He is a long time player, like over 1500+ days.
He took a few months break after the trio came out and wanted to came back after seeing news of new unit.

However, he realised he has problem accessing his Gmail as it prompts verification code to his old phone which he has no longer in possession.

This resulted in him not being able to access Honkai as well, as he only binded the email.

So now he is waiting for gmail support to assist in account recovery hopefully.
