I have doubt that the wireless logitech gaming headset that I'm using has a conflict issue with my WiFi 6 AX201 160MHz driver

because sometimes, the driver will misbehaving by malfunctioning or showing a caution sign when I view it on the Device Manager

but, when I "Reset Network" for the PC, then the wireless came back

hmm, sounds like you need to reinstall your wifi driver then

and if you've already tried that, i'd recommend using a program to cleanly uninstall it and then reinstall it because a lot of times just reinstalling the driver leaves behind data that conflicts with reinstalling

all the common steps such as reinstall, disable-enable, etc I'd done ady ~ best solution I think is the "Reset Network" so far

I just want to find out is the misbehaving of the wifi driver was due to the wireless device as I am using

because as I think the radio frequency of both the devices maybe will have conflicts

well the only reason reset network fixes it is because its disabling and re-enabling your wifi device along with resetting your network settings like automatically doing ipconfig /release and /renew. and ah i see if it only ever happens when you're using the wireless headset then its possible but while bluetooth is running on the same frequency that wifi does (at least 2.4GHz range) then it in theory could but its not supposed to. you could test this by trying to force your wifi to use 5 GHz if possible or not using your wireless headset and see if the problem still occurs.

if it continues to happen while testing then the issue is with windows or your card itself and is coincidental to using your headset

currently, I am using/selecting the 5GHz as my option of the wireless Internet and I am using the headset without any problem

but the problem or the misbehaving usually suddenly pop-out when I half-way of gaming

earlier I thought was due to malware/virus which scared me ~ :/

it shouldnt, they've figured it out to not conflict with bluetooth so it "shouldnt" but computers can do things they shouldnt do. but in reality for instance I use bluetooth earbuds (sorry i first said i dont use wireless cuz my earbuds do count, i just didnt think about it) and my gf uses wireless headset + mouse + keyboard and we both use 2.4 GHz wifi with 0 issues so its not an inherent problem to wifi cards and bluetooth so it shouldnt conflict but yeah that doesnt sound like a malware/virus since they would be either more permanent with their damage or be offering some kind of ransomeware thing. but i'd try as a starting point to force your wifi to 5GHz and if it keeps happening then its not a bluetooth conflict and is probably a driver/wifi card issue

the hardwares such as wireless headset, mouse, keyboard, etc usually use 2.4 GHz frequency, right? such hardwares/devices never approach up to 5 GHz, right?

yes, bluetooth operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency (2000-2499 Hz) but it establishes a handshake to a device and will only communicate to that for the requested data so you dont get things like turning on the microwave doesnt cut out the internet since that bombards the open air with waves (harmless to people but thats why it disrupts radio for instance)

FYI, besides my PC wifi 6 that has dual-band, I did plugged-in the following, wireless device and another controller which operate with bluetooth, maybe this is the reason that give them to conflict with my wifi 6 there ~

headset is wireless, controller is bluetooth, but my wifi has dual-band can be 2.4 or 5 GHz which conflict both, maybe that is the reason I can see my wifi drop

I found this answer saying that 2 adapters cannot be co-operating. No wonder my wifi misbehaving because Windows will try to separate them. For now, I separated them into different USB port, so, wifi is ok so far ~ 🙂

The exclamation mark with error code 10 is totally correct. I tried to reinstall the driver and they return me the code 43 or 10 also. 🙂 I can learn here that "2 or more adapters of same frequency" cannot be placed into same USB port. I did so by using multi-USB adapter. Hehe...boom my wi-fi XD

windows treats every usb port as its own device

one thing that could try if you still want to use 2.4GHz is to change/set your router channel (and devices if they let you) to a one that is not "crowded" by other devices
the network have a frequency range to work with channels in between, but if every device is on the "same" channel you will end with interference while you still have other channels unused/less crowded
(It is not the best explanation but it is the shortest I can do)

if you can currently log into your facebook honkai then its on its own hoyoverse and cant be merged with any other hoyoverse account. if you havent logged into your facebook honkai since June 30 2022 then its possible its not linked to a hoyvoerse and you can do account retreival to link it to a different hoyoverse than the one your hyv honkai is on.

yeah, even though you're logging into the game via facebook login, you're still clicking the hoyoverse login button and what have you . you just have two hoyoverse accounts and all that

no, its just treated as one of the many possible ways you can log into a hoyoverse account. you must have done register now when you first made your facebook account

game doesnt auto make a new account if you try to log in with something thats not already being used, have to do like register now or something along those lines

Yes, if you go to account.hoyoverse.com and log in with the Facebook account you'll see it has a different account id then your regular amount

And you'll see that it probably does not have any other login method linked to it

So you download the basic assets, you can download the other assets on "Ai-phone → download" and you will get everything Gameplay/Audio related (you can manually select what files you want or just press the get all button)
If you want to get the cg downloaded too you need to go to your "profile → CG" and press download

ok yup i know what you need to do now

so you cant unlink it yourself and customer support only unlinks accounts for your situation as well as if your account got hacked. so what you need to do is is first of do NOT play the new accidental account. if its still in the tutorial then this will go though much much easier. but you need to email customer support #how-to-contact-cs and tell them that you were trying to link your old account to your main hoyoverse but accidentally created a new account so you cant and ask them to unlink it. Give them your old accounts UID and also give them this screenshot. They'll send you a form for you to fill out to prove that you're the genuine account owner of the new accidental account and then after that they'll unlink it and you can link your old account to that hoyoverse.

now if you dont care to use that specific hoyoverse account to log in you can also just make a new email and create a new hoyoverse to link your old account to, takes about 10 minutes but if you want to use your regular hoyoverse account then you'll need to go through customer support

When you put a valk for the first time the game it's going to give you most of the "blue" dialogues, you need to "use" them and then the white one can appear.
it can take some time depending of the valk but after that you are ok.

Cutscene after story stage 22-7 always freezes here. Checked for broken assets and redownloaded the whole game, but it's still happening. Any ideas? It'd be nice if I could get this CG in the collection

Tbh on bug-report many users post problems that have solutions here, but looks like it's a corrupted file you can try deleting the file and using the repair option or wait for Luna to get you the file ( 4.5_PV_16668903F808B950_1 )

well now im going down a rabbit hole

so the game is freezing at that same spot for me, i tried my archived .usm for it, plus a fresh download, plus my SEA copy and my archived SEA copy. the weird thing is is that I can still convert it to a watchable .mkv format no issue that doesnt even lag at that spot so im starting to think its not the file itself thats the issue

well i can say that when the usm format launch i have to redownload some files because of corrupted downloaded files (yes in that occation i check every single one ) and was mostly because i was using my fast but unreliable network, but at least for me the cg is working with no problems

||i just tested and at least for me on the phone the video "stuttter" a bit, close to that frame when everything max out, not the exact point, like ~1 sec before, but it was just that, a stutter.
looks like something is loading in that time window, so if it load incorrectly and cause a "crash" of the player... ||

I moved the game files on another pc but whenever i open up the launcher it tells me to locate the game files or download it all over

When i try to locate no.matter what folder i choose it just doesnt work

You need to choose the folder that have the bh3.exe in it ("games" folder)
And the launcher did you move it too or it's a fresh install?

thats probably the issue then, you need to copy just the games folder (the one with bh3.exe in it) to some other location and then delete everything you copied over

then move the games folder back where you want it and tell the launcher the game is in the games folder

If you move the launcher it's going to have problems working, like Luna said you can only move the "games" folder (in there is just the game files)
So what you need to do is:
-move/copy the "game folder" to a safe path then delete the other files left

-Once the launcher is correctly installed press locate and search for the "games" folder, after that should be working

And just a reminder for discord, the "region" roles are for the region where your play not where you live, so change it if you want to see the channels that "works" for your account (for example sea crystal codes don't work for glb and vice versa)

yeah its happens often enough, but basically its a break in teh connection somewhere in between you and honkai's servers. usually its like a thousand miles away or something which using a VPN routes you around the problem since it routes you differently. but if the issue is before the connection leaves your town/city (aka before the VPN has a chance to route you around the issues) then it wont help

so think of it this way. email can be used for all accounts. the old mihoyo pass system is totally seperate from hoyoverse. treat them like 100% different things, even a login for like WoW if you have to but its totally sperate and does not share anything. the only purpose of the account retreival button is to log into the old account system, then log into a hoyoverse that does not have any game data on the server and it'll merge the two but its still two totally spereate login systems. but one reason they dont do unbind requests lightly is because what they really do is delete the entire hoyoverse account its on and then link your game data to another hoyoverse account since theres no option in the account system to unlink a single games data so its mostly reserved for account hacks or something like that

Yes it's different, "low level account" refers to an account that hasn't completed the first mission so while the game account exists there is no data on it so they can delete the game account. If there's any items or progress or xp they have a strict policy of not deleting game accounts ever for any reason. Even banned accounts are just disabled from logging in

yeah yeah thats weird, its not supposed to and like zero said it just brings up teh in game browser zfbrowser. Maybe something with your windows is considering it a popup or something and takes you out of the game since even alt-tabbing will minimize it. For something like that you could make sure that your antivirus/firewall has an exception set for ZFGameBrowser.exe and that should fix it. or reinstalling if you want to would fix it

it usually freezes due to connection issues, you could test using a VPN (good free VPN in the 5th pin) if you use a VPN though make sure to not connect to the japan node. if that doesnt improve it though i'd recommend reinstalling the game since something is messed up in it

But most of the questions will be like when did you first created the honkai account and stuff

So since you don't recognize what they said your honkai was on you'll need to fill out the form as accurately as possible so they know you're the account owner

the hyv account that you remember dont have your data, so it could be that you linked the account arround 2021-2022 and forget on which one
or that your login info was leaked and someone stole your account

still CS is giving you the option to unlink your old account from where it is

almost all the old valks are not in the "meta" anymore and they are now farmable so you can get them and rank up without wasting money/crystals

i find it weird that in 3rd impact the log in (mobile) is hoyoverse and not miyoho account. if i was able to log in my miyoho account, i can continue my progress. if i unbind my hoyoverse account, then that would mean i can bind my miyoho account to my Hoyoverse account (and my google play account). i ask myself when they made this change.

Because on my Hoyoverse account, i went into the tutorial levels.

its because they change the login system is not the same one, HYV was release with genshin, and Honkai players ask for that system to be in the game because it was more secure, (+ having different logins for every game its not confortable for some people) so the system was put in the game just 1 year after the system released and they give 1 year of time to link your old account to the new system (they even did some events with rewards)

they good thing is that even when they "time" of the link ended, they still give the option for the players that didnt make that process
other games when changing system simply just delete the data of the people that didnt link on the time frame or just delete everyone data

i see. so that's what happened. sadly, i never went to my hihoyo verse account in 3rd impact to bind it to my hoyoverse (when i first started playing genshin impact) because i was time invested on genshin impact when it first released.

so shouldn't i unbind my hoyoverse account (2nd image) to bind my miyoho account to hoyoverse?

and if it doesn't work, i'll just start from level 1.

first you need to unbind your miHoyo account, that one is already link to a HYV account but you dont know where

one that account is free, then you follow the process to unbind "the accidental lvl 1" account

yeah some users make the mistake of playing on the new account while the "main account" was being unbind so when they try to unbind the new account CS just rejected the form for that because they advance enought of the story

and then they have to create a new one to get their old account back... a pain

iirc character model physics and bound to fps so the higher the faster it react, and i think higher (via reg edit) can break them

the "event" stuff dont get delete when a update get release (like ~0.5 - 1gb per ver.), so if you dont reinstall the game from time to time it going to take more storage
right now the game with full assets is like ~25gb on mobile

if you just reinstalled then looks like is a bug with the unzip process, you can try contact cs, but because you are using a beta OS probably you are not going to get a "fix" soon

like the email said the problem is your gpu even when turning off the cpu/ram limitation (battery saver on samsung iirc) you are not going to win performance
and this is HI3 discord, you can check GI discord if someone can help you but tbh with that device i see that difficult to run the game "decently" unless you only have the game running, no other apps

is it possible to bind your twittter with your existing Hoyolab account when it hold the account that you accidentally opened

are you sure that you old account was created with twitter? because miHoYo never had twitter for option only the new system (HYV)

it was created with facebook at the time. Then I opened a Hoyolab account

I just binded it with Twittter with the account retreival system

if you want help you better ask on their help channel, they hava a general one, still not one specific for tech
still if the archive was corrupted then the launcher will download the update again, you will have to wait until mt is over and test, if the game works then delete that zip file

you can try contacting cs but mostly is going to be rejected, that is why the screen before linking make clear what accounts are going to be linked

and that is the problem with 3rd party logins on every website/app/game/etc. you end with multple accounts, that why i dont use them and i dont recommend them

i mean you can make changes like unlink the twitter and put a email that is not used on ther HYV account, but the hi account is going to stay on the hyv that is linked now, you cant move it

I just got home but yeah CS won't unbind an account that you can access and is last the tutorial. It's a long process on their end involving multiple departments usually and is they did do it people would invent a lot of reasons just to reroll their accounts

But yes you can change the login method though that would change the login for any other games on the changed hoyoverse account
