Yeah, Stable release have few annoying bugs and it supposed to be fixed in the next stable release

There was an issue with Hi3Helper.Http submodule used to download the files

The submodule have so many bugs that caused unrelated issues like: NullReferenceException for example

I’ve been trying to Top-up on crystals for the past 2 days. The first 2 times it went through perfectly fine. But every attempt after that I’ve had my cards declined and transactions canceled.
I’ve confirmed it’s not an issue with the cards or bank as I am able to purchase stuff elsewhere with them. So this is a in-game issue.

idk about genshin but for honkai what you need to do is close the launcher, make a folder on D: like idk, Honkai Impact 3rd and then on your c:\program files\honkai impact 3 (or 3rd)\ folder you need to copy the Games folder (and ONLY the games folder) to the folder you made on the D: and then open the launcher and change the game installation path to inside the games folder that is now on your D: (it should be at the same spot that bh3.exe is in which inside your games folder)

well i kinda unzipped it myself when the launcher failed to do it's work despite 15 retries

but launcher was closed

now it's on the downloading screen with the new character, and it works just fine without launcher

That was probably a permissions issue then if windows wasn't letting the launcher run the 7z.exe in the installation folder. Pretty sure after the game is finished and after you play if you check for Windows updates and then restart your computer the launcher should behave normally (assuming it's running with admin rights)

if you want to try you can select other folder for the installation that way the launcher its going to show the "get the game" button an then just put the path where the BH3.exe again (...Honkai Impact 3###\Games )
or you can reinstall the launcher (move the game files before, the uninstall its going to delete them if you dont do it)

or just create a shortcut to the bh3.exe to play and just wait until the next patch to use the launcher

It worked, redownloading the 7z file from the pin comment in this channel fixed the launcher. I think it was trying to verify just the 7z file, even though it was successfully installed the first time, but since the file got auto deleted after uncompressing everything. It treated it as if I never installed the game

If you're trying to use your in game nickname for the username then that's why. The nickname isn't your username, the username can only contain letters and numbers and I think underscores but it isn't your nickname.

i see, so you probably didnt link your honkai account to a hoyoverse account (the disallowed logging in with the old mihoyo accounts last july and you can only use hoyoverse accounts now) and when you logged into the game with a hoyoverse account it didnt detect any honkai accounts on it so it started a new account over. try account retrieval (guides in this pin #🔌technical-help message) and if you have issues that the guides dont help with them ask in here

are you fiber optic'ing directly into the server itself? if not then the fact you are on fiber optic doesnt really matter. and is your isp routing through cloudflare specifically the entire way to the server? a VPN should still improve your speed because clearly your ISP is routing you through something that is throttling your connection somewhere in between you an dhonkai servers

sorry, let me explain better. so like in pc version right? there is only code for xinput for windows which only allows xbox controllers, yet other controllers sometimes work, there is no code in the game for this. its just windows getting non xinput controllers to work with xinput which is what the game is expecting. If i had to guess your android OS is doing something similar but either way no one has reported in here ever getting a controller to work with android and its not officially announced as being supported so thats why i advised to ask customer support to either announce official support and fix the bow aiming or to add it in

oh, i thought you were talkinga bout the cg replay collection. but those are side missions and arent part of the main story so yes its possible to do those out of order. might could even finish them if you scour the map enough to find the trigger, and do all the side quests and stuff

Dorm truly being baka for taking too much resources to load, but mostly just affect Captains below minimum requirement.
