i have a quite severe bug. in todays level of superstring, the third one which has lightning bonus, my characters suddenly start running in the wrong direction even without me pressing any input keys. they just run. i noticed it in several stages already and it keeps appearing at the most inconvenient times.

you can do 2 things
check your kb if there is either not working functionally can also try resetting the keybinds in-game using 📱 > ⚙️ > controls > reset

you should contact cs via in-game ( or email #how-to-contact-cs ), remember that some time ago twitter change how to access their API breaking with that many bot/apps/game that use twitter, probably that is causing the problem

then try checking your drivers (specifically kb) or any windown update

it depends on what you think looks bad, max graphics does things like improving shadows, physics, reflections, aa, etc. you can see the difference of the options more in the new stages/characters

delta patches are the DIFFERENT files from each patch so the same ones (ie core of the game files) are not included

yeah is only for the updates, you need to download the game first and when its a new update you can use the delta patch so you only download the new files not the entire game again

Yeah, on one hand it's very good anti hacker measure but on the other hand you'll have to make a new hoyoverse account entirely if you want to reroll. Once you've made the new hoyoverse you can use your main email with it if you set your current main hoyoverse game to have a different email but that would affect anything else connected to it too

You'd just need an extra email and you can modify the linked email of your current hoyoverse account to it and then set your new hoyoverse to the newly freed email

No, steam only work in the ver. of the store because of the login that use (SteamID) and if you want to start again why don't you play just in another server? The only "issues" are going to be the server time/ping for co-op(depends on your internet really)/you can't add people from other servers

That "error" it's because you are using an account/network/game to buy something that is not in your country currency, so if you want to buy you need to change the account country and use a VPN...

afaik no, remember that they send a in-game mail saying that late Jan they will start sending the book, and is going to take 1-3 months, varying on your delivery location and any pandemic-related issues

That's a connection issue, I actually don't recommend the Japan node for the VPN since for some reason it doesn't want to connect well to hoyoverse servers.

Probably something to do with everyone in actual Japan using the JP server and not the sea or global ones

Nothing special, just log into the same account and make sure you're on the same server. (Note that steam uses steam id to log in, not hoyoverse so if you played on steam then no you can't log into the same account on mobile or anywhere else outside of steam)

Sometimes the windows task scheduler doesn't properly open house when you click launch. If recommend first manually checking to make sure you're computer is up to date (aka go to the update section of settings and wait a couple of minutes before clicking check now) and then restarting your computer. If it's still happening you can also go into the task manager sand look for a bh3.exe in the background processes and end task before trying the launcher again

Tbh I have never heard of behavior like that. First I'd make sure you don't have any extra software running that did anything with your sound and then make sure windows is up to date and then restarting your PC if on PC. If on mobile then also make sure you're phone os is up to date and restart that. If all else fails you can try to reinstall the game or connect customer support but this is the first I've heard of something like that happening

Ok. After going thought everything. I found out my error is related to accidentally bind a level 1 tutorial honkai character to my main account before fully retrieve my main lvl 83 captain account from 2021... So I need an unbinding form and ECT etc.

This needs to be done trough costumer support and will take the hole 1-7 business days to fully go though? Ow man. I am truly that unlucky?

only customer support can unlink accounts so if you want to get rid of the lvl 1 and use that specific hoyoverse account then yes you'd need to go through customer support and it can take 1-7 business days from start to finish.

alternatively if you dont mind keeping track of more than one hoyoverse account you can just simply create a new email address (probably only gonna use it for honkai) and then create a new hoyoverse account with that email address in the second half of account retreival. at the hoyoverse login part you'd just click register now and make a new hoyoverse account with that new email address if that makes sense

if you make a new hoyoverse account it can take like 5-10 minutes to link your account and get into the game depending on how fast you are at making a new email address

I personally just made a new hoyoverse account, it was pretty fast and i dont mind remembering a different login for honkai than my genshin hoyoverse account

Most likely your bt adapter isn't 4.0 or higher. Might need to use a controller wrapper to get it to work. Proprietary controllers over bt have always been a little tricky with honkai since it uses generic xinput from Windows and the priority controllers do not

Yes, I'm assuming you didn't have to reinstall honkai? If not then the corrupted files will still be corrupted so just delete them and redownload while using a VPN (and not connecting to the Japan node)

guys i downloaded honkai and genshin in the d drive why is the c drive space being taken instead? I havent found any of the games' files anywhere in c drive. is this normal?

the c drive shouldnt be taken unless you have two installations of honkai. if you go to c:\program files\ and see if there is a honkai impact folder there

if there is then thats why its taken up a little space, you can double check the size of the folder to see if its just the launcher or the full game (full game size would be around 28GB)

if its not there then your honkai installation is not whats taking up your C: space

your appdata/localLow is just the game cache which i guess if you havent cleared that in a long time it could get a little bloated. but to be honest a lot of folders in the app data get bloated over time cuz thats where everythings cache/save data usually is

you can delete that folder, but the game does need to recreate it and redownload some stuff so keep that in mind

oh well that is entirely dependant on your hardware. the phone version is more optimized than the pc version but the pc version can far surpass the mobile version in sheer post processing and texture sizes and stuff in game. hell even a gtx 3070 can struggle a bit and lag on the max possible settings.

though i would also point out that if you have a 4k monitor or something like that that the phone is having to do much less work with around a 4th the resolution and a much smaller screen so its harder to spot the little issues, with that being said though the pc version has way higher textures and stuff than the phone but its entirely dependant on your hardware

customer service has the ability to unlink accounts but they dont do it for rerolling since they have to delete the hoyoverse account associated with it so its only used for account recovery issues where you cant login at all, for rerolling your best bet is to make a new hoyoverse account with a spare email address or something

That is because the download was corrupted, due to a connection issue (like a random disconnection)...

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy A 13 32 gb (with a 128 Gb SD card) I've downloaded the game, moved it to SD card, started it from there but when I go to download the Assets they still go to the internal storage ...and I can't complete it as there is not enough Room (and I can't move anything as there is 12 gb of immovable system files). Any way to fix this so they go to the SD card instead of Internal one ?

unfortunately not, the game doesnt really work with moving it to sd storage, it was designed to only be on regular storage, plus if they did allow it to be on sd storage then level loading times would be like minutes long i think. but yeah sadly no way to do that

no its not possible, only the phones that have the option to "expand" the internal with the sd that can install the game in there, but the read/write performance of the sd cards are much slower than the internal storage, causing the load time to take forever and most of the time just crash

its an issue with your route to honkai servers, it goes through about 20 different companies so somewhere along that line theres a break in the connection and a VPN just puts you on a different route which works. whoever is the cause of the break in the connection usually fixes it in a day or two but i've seen people having to use the VPN for like a week or more.
