Or if it's not linked to any, they'll let you know what it is and then you can try stuff like forgot password, etc to get into it

i personally ahve not but as far as im aware the ps5 controllers work just about as well as the switch pro controllers and ps4 controllers. though wireless is still hit or miss so if you're having issues i'd recommend first trying plugging it in and using it as wired and making sure that steam is not running, even in the background

if your data is not there, you will need to ask CS to make a unbind of your account from the hyv account that you are unaware of

do NOT spam them, that just creates a bunch of duplicate requests and makes them not want to help you since you're just piling more and more work on them. wait until they accept OR reject yours.... its been 2 days over the weekend when they are not fully staffed. you do not know that they're gonna reject it they might approve it. depending on their backlog and the complexity of your request it can take up to 5 or 6 days i've seen it before it gets accepted so just wait.

You can make suggestions for the game (you have the in game option and #game-suggestions-box in here), if many users have the same one they probably make the option posible... For example many PC players ask for better CG quality and in the last chapter ones the quality was really good compared to before

The subtitles are overlay, it's just that the USM file for the CN ver, only have the CN Sub files there, probably you can edit the USM if you take the time but idk if the files are Encrypted

ufff your pc is very close to the minimum requirements, the nvidia gpu is the one that could be causing problems because its below the min specs
I could be wrong I am not an expert on the subject

but the problem its that the video its not render at the correct speed (top your video, below how it should look like)

lower the game resolution
try updating the drivers and see if the performance for the render its better
or try to use the intel gpu, you can force it via windows config/display/graphics settings and select the gpu for the game
but idk how that gpu performs in game, you could wait for Delta that know more about that from what I've seen

Anyone having issues with using ps4 controller via bluetooth not working? Controller works when used via cable and also my other peripherals like a bluetooth speaker works just fine. DS4Windows detects the controller, but as far as I can remember Honkai automatically detects the controller without DS4 software.

Tried also playing Shadow of War with the controller via bluetooth and it works fine. So I suspect the problem is with the Honkai client not detecting my controller.

honkai uses xinput for windows which can struggle sometimes with bluetooth. please make sure that steam is closed (even in the background) and make sure that your bluetooth receiver in your pc is above bluetooth 4.0

if none of that works then theres not much else that i know of to try so might just have to be used to wired

first close both game and launcher and make a folder where you want to move the game to (D:\honkai for instance) then go to your current honkai's installation location and move the Games folder and nothing else to that folder you created on your D:\

then open the launcher and go to settings and change the game location to the games folder you copied over, the place where bh3.exe is located. then restart the launcher

im using external storage with my USB Type-C and Type-A (all of them is 3.1) , i have no issue like that

if you did top-up then you will need the receipts to have a better chance of recovering the account, but it is not the only thing that you need.
probably you can get the account without receipts if you tell that you don't have them, but if you give them little additional info / make too many mistakes in the other data you can be sure that they will reject it.

but by itself, do not expect that there is an easy way to "skip" putting data in the form, they are quite strict with what they ask for, after all, the form is made so that only the owner of the account can retrieve it and not some third party

-(Only old login account) If you can login in the account retrieval option of the game, is going to show you the UID/Nickname/Lvl
-Find screenshots of your profile if you take one
-Ask friends/armada member that you add in game if they can see the UID for you

if you dont have access to your account then no there isnt any other way than the account recovery form. if it keeps getting rejected then the info you are giving isnt matching up. all they do is take the answers you give them and compare them to the history of the account and if it is too different then they cant approve it. if you're giving the same answers then it will ahve the same outcome. maybe try one more time and try to be as detailed and accurate as possible but other than that there isnt any other way

Does login and playing while using the VPN flag your account to be banned? Be it for example because they think you are sharing it (different IP or location, something like that).
This couple days i've been having problems, can connect but after the elevator load, no chat works and the news, the little box down the stamina dont load too. Heavy delay too while going through menus.
Was working great before all of that and since i see a lot of ISP problems going on around here tried the VPN and works but got me worried.

not necessarily. hoyoverse accounts were not required to log in until august 2022. before then honkai used mihoyo accounts (or you had the option to link your mihoyo account to a hoyoverse account after genshin came out).

the fact you cant use your normal hoyoverse credentials in the first login of the account retrieval (the mihoyo account login) means that you didnt use those credentials for your old mihoyo account, nothing else.

if it says your emails werent registered then you didnt use that email but if its a gmail address you use then its possible you created your mihoyo account with a google account not the google accounts email address (those are two seperate login types) and thats why i suggested installing the game on a mobile device so that you would see 3rd party login choices in teh account retrieval like the google account login or facebook, etc and not just the email/password option.

it is possible you created a second hoyoverse account and linked that to your honkai. but theres no way to tell if thats the case without trying the account retrieval first. only customer service could see that but they would require your UID to know which honkai account you're talking about
