If you want "other honkai account" in other servers you can use the same HYV Account, because the data isn't shared between servers.
If you want other account for the same server or just to have everything separated you will need to create a new Hoyoverse Account

SD package is only available on low end devices, they really should remove that from the thing but if its available for your device it would show up when you first open the game after update or reinstall and it asks which package you want to download. for most devices it'll just show full or basic assets

you dont need to do account retrieval, in fact it wont work for you. account retrieval is only for linking your honkai account to a hoyoverse account, but since you've played the jp in teh last 8 months (i assume) its already linked to a hoyoverse account so this isnt what you need

so if you want to do it youself you need to extract the usm files from differents ver., then generate one with the desire files

i did 😛 linking to our previous discussion i reverted my graphics driver, completely uninstalled an re-installed the whole game, changed my graphics settings to middle and still got a crash in APHO2. in the Hub! not in the actual game, but in the Hub. and i already re-downloaded the UserAssembly.dll from one of your links.

i gotcha, well reinstalling the game should fix it for most people with your issue but im guessing there must be something specific going on with your nvidia card. if you want you can do this to send me your output log (assuming the last time you played the game you tested apho2) and i can see what exactly the error code the game is throwing when it crashes

1.Press Windows Key + R in your keyboard
2.type %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo
3.Send the output_log.txt here

not really, you can keep the video folder C:\Program Files\Honkai Impact 3rd\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video and move it over to save about 8GB but the rest not really

if you wanna try collapse launcher it can convert with minimal downloads, link is in the 2nd pin but its a community launcher, up to you if you wanna try it

The PC client without launcher links is the game files without the launcher yes and you can use that to just run bh3.exe but you'll need to make sure to manually update it every version update.

Idk what your problems are either, could be a lot of things. If you want an ez one size fits all solution go ahead and uninstall the game completely and then connect proton VPN to the USA connection and then freshly download the launcher and install the game again. A nice fresh and clean install. Just leave it at the default location or if you really really want it on a different drive then at the very first screen of the launcher install click advanced and choose the folder you want the game to be in. Most launcher issues are either people trying to move the game to a different drive and messing it all up or connection issues.

ok so i looked through it and its crashing when its trying to allocate like a little over 4GB all at once "DynamicHeapAllocator allocation probe 1 failed - Could not get memory for large allocation 4194304. Trying to allocate: 4194304B with 16 alignment. MemoryLabel: GfxDevice" for your gfx and it cant so its crashing on the spot. tbh even in the hub of apho2 it still takes as much memory as going into the world. if i had to guess its crashing due to the higher end stages (graphics wise) like APHO2, open world stuff, ER, etc and trying to put themselves on a 4k resolution and just running out of VRAM and crashing cuz its run out of VRAM. that is my guess from googling that message, im pretty sure if you could turn the resolution down it would stop crashing. though im guessing theres no way to turn it down and keep it fullscreen in the settings? if not then you can go to this key in regedit: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3\GENERAL_DATA_V2_ScreenSettingData_h1916288658 and manually set the resolution while keeping it fullscreen

but you can wait on the dev team but if i had to guess, turning the resolution down to 2k and setting the graphics not max but not middle either, maybe like quality or something in the global preset should stop it from running out of memory and crashing

the whole game gets blurry when i set the rendering accuracy to something other than high or very high in 2880x1800(full screen) but it does not get blurry in any other windowed resolution, it did not do that on my old pc as well is there a fix to this? yup, idk what vpn y ou're using but try to go a little away from your physical location so it'll have a higher change of bypassing the issue. aka if you live in the UK then connect to france or something (if possible) but it'll fix stuck elevator, stuck updating settings, that yellow loading circle, restarting downloads when you update. stuff like that

only thing i can see that could be causing it is that your nvidia drivers are pretty out of date. go ahead and update them but also keep in mind that like 3k ish fullscreen is a whole lotta resolution for your 4GB vram graphics card. like for instance 4k resolution can sometimes grab 4GB of vram all at once for stuff. if updating your nvidia drivers doesnt help then you might want to consider going into the nvidia control panel and setting honkai to use your cpu's integrated graphics card since it'll use however much of your 16GB of RAM it needs as VRAM and that might help

thats a different hoyoverse account, the email address for a google account and the google login option arent the same thing so you have a hoyoverse account with your google account and one with your google email address, two different accounts entirely.

do you really want the email address to be on your main hoyoverse account or are you cool with just a username to sign in with username/password instead

cuz there is a way to move your email address over to your main account, it just is about 4 more steps or so than just setting a username/password

ok so heres what you need to do:

1. make a new email account, some throwaway email you dont care about, wont use it after this (unless you want to)
2. go to account.hoyoverse.com and log in with the your google email address (the one you used to get that new tutorial account), NOT the google account option (account.hoyoverse.com has the google account option).
3. go to account security settings on the left side and click modify link next to the email address, follow the instructions to change the email to your throwaway email you created in step 1.
4. log out of account.hoyoverse.com and log back in with the google account option this time (so this is the google account icon, NOT the email address login)
5. go to account security settings and modify link for the email address to assign your google email address you want onto it. will probably have to set a username and a password too while doing this.

then you can log into the game with the email address and it should be the right hoyoverse account

99% of the time just use the pc client. emulators has to use your computer hardware too and they're less optimized, plus bluestacks a lot of times gives an error saying "unofficial version detected" and wont actually run. unless you have a mac just try the pc client. if your computer is too potato to run the game then memu might help since it'll be running the android version but it'll be kinda janky

hmm, then check in hoyolab to make sure your honkai account is actually linked to that google account. go to the hoyolab website and log in with your google account and then check the honkai battle chronicles for all the servers that have honkai accounts (you can click the drop down near the top to switch characters)

if your honkai account is on that hoyoverse, it'll show up in there

and it'll say what server it is

if its not there then your honkai account is on some other hoyoverse

gotta email customer support with your UID and ask them what hoyoverse its on so they can look it up for you

its mostly due to steam using your steamID to auto log you in, where playstation is considered a 3rd party login and can work as such like twitter/facebook steam doesnt have that function. thats why pretty much every mmo for instance you get on steam either auto logs you in with the steam account and no way around that, or it just opens the game launcher which makes you log into that itself. maybe they'll make the steam version open the regular pc client instead eventually but they would first need to migrate everyones steam "hoyoverse" accounts to real hoyoverse accounts but tbh hoyoverse doesnt have account transferring in-between servers as a service/option. not even for customer support so they'd need to make that a reality first

but yeah hopefully one day

1. Please, close both game and launcher.
2. Press Windows + R, input regedit.
3. In the opened window, please locate \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete it.
4. Press Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ in the opened window. Delete all the files in the Honkai Impact 3/3rd folder.
5. Restart your PC.

Do note that doing this will require you to login again. Linking account is highly recommended.
