Personally I think it does a lot right, but also a lot wrong. Have a feeling that the very wrong things going on with it will actually kill the game though.

Which is a shame, because this is the only game out of the big 3 with any real features or gameplay loop going for it.

biggest issues are: scent is still garbage & needs a total rework, random talent inherits are still a thing when they shouldn't be, map is now suffering from an Isle situation where it's TOO big and empty for its own good, marine gameplay is now more isolated than ever, growth is now TOO fast for its own good as well

@shell rapids ya we had to put down 2 dogs in the last couple of months. Both old but aside from their specific problems were totally healthy and energetic which really sucked. Angel had a malicious cancer in her mouth that eventually made it too painful for her to eat. Originally the vet estimated we might get a couple months with her max but we ended up getting almost 7 before she started showing discomfort and refusal to eat. Felix had chronic rhinitis that was being managed with meds and definitely some kind of cancer that we purposely didn't pursue because we knew he probably wouldn't make it to next year and until the day we had him euthanized he acted perfectly happy and healthy. In the end, his system basically said "I've had enough" and he completely crashed in a matter of hours. It was pretty awful

It just happened out of nowhere

ya Felix at one point had almost ruptured a disk in his shoulders. Likely from jumping on and off the couch. Luckily it didn't paralyze him, but he was forced to bedrest for almost 2 months, he did not like that but good thing he just liked to snuggle so we could gently pick him up and just sit with him on the couch and he would be perfectly happy

Dying with no pain in their sleep is what we all hope for them, but sometimes we need to help them when their body refuses and only causes pain to their remaining moments in life.
I'm eventually going to have to face this as well. Tons of dogs passes each year with their owners mourning them. No one is alone in this. New pups are born as one passes.
I've had tons of cats come and go in my life and as soon as they get old u get into a mentally of thinking it can happen any month or week now depending on their shape and health.

I think it’s like 40 pages long. Pretty good, very advanced for the time.
