Usually, when you have a variable or condition you wanna save and needs to be re-checked every once in a while(let's say...prime conditions for example and for even better example which PZs you visited for example. You tend to SAVE THAT INFO on the PLAYER OBJECT. Why? Because if the player object needs a update, it has easy(and fast) access to the info.

Right now, the info of who visited which zone is being saved inside the zone, with a ever-increasing array of information that links to the player that visited it. Which means that, with enough time(let's say a server has 100 players), those rotate(the players themselves. The 100 online rn won't be the exact same 100 players of let's say 2h later): Thus, as more people go into the zone, this array KEEPS GROWING.

It can get to a point in which each zone(which there are 79 zones btw) can have arrays of 5000 players on EACH zone. And imagine a loop trying to CHECK who visited WHERE and FOR HOW LONG in order to update their...let's say...Prime Mission visit 4 PZ for PZ status.

Result: Evergrowing lag.

If I'm being sincere, this shows a total lack of Computer Engineers and Computer Scientists.

any number of these can help actually make rex still strong but require some thought and have a weakness that species can exploit.

I hope they make prime elders more difficult to survive as because currently they dont have any drawbacks, they have the complete advantage over frails. Would be awesome if they were slower, possibly had faster hunger drains to accomodate the size and strength, were overall louder in footsteps due to their increased size compared to their frail counterparts, maybe used more stam as well while running. Stuff like that
