Everything does load correctly, the problem is that our dinos are spawning under the map and the game tries to teleport us back where we are supposed to be

Ye srry, i meant render scaling. Its in settings > graphics tab > render scale. Setting lower will make the game run better, but quality will go down

Hello! I’ve been playing the game recently and my pc has been showing extreme levels of lag, like, REALLY bad lag. I’m talking 3-frames a second. The weird parts are that (A) it’s not locational or related to any specific event, it just literally is always present IF I’m actually inside the game. In the menu and in the creature selection screen I have no issues. (B) it only started up a few months ago, this was an issue before update 4, so I don’t think it’s that. And it was fine even after update 3.5, so I don’t think the issue is necessarily due to some big update. I’m frankly puzzled at this one. Could some kind soul please answer my plea for help?

Is there a fix for the EAC issue for GeForce now players yet??? Been weeks at this point. And no solution in the pinned fixes does not work for GeForce now players (which are the only people having the issue at this point), it only fixes it for non GeForce now players. I paid for this game and have been unable to play Evrima for months now. here to complain about the no map glitch again, i've experienced it for probably half a year or more now and i hate it. I have a GeForce graphics card, not the best one out there but it managed to run isle up until like update 4, pretty sure it's a gtx 1060. it sucks to be a dedicated player for years and then getting bonked by an issue like this.

updating the drivers
verifying the game files
reinstalling the game
reinstalling steam
letting the dino die to thirst a few times hoping it will load
dropping all graphic settings to the ground
summoning Satan and asking for help

Same here. I didn't have any problems loading the game before Update 4. I played it fairly smooth with epic settings. But now even when I put graphics to low and lower resolution it still won't load. I'm just floating and starving to death.

for the last few days I've been having major latency issues on any evrima server. I did some tests in the command prompt to see what I should be getting and it's telling me 35-40 each test, but evrima NA servers won't go below 100 ping. I live in the US and haven't ever had trouble with legacy, is anyone else having the same problem? any ideas how to fix it? I've done a bunch of resetting stuff/manually putting in connection addresses and even messed with my network firewall but nothing fixed it

The game is just so buggy for me, when I have always played it before. Textures don't load in, the sound lags, and character lags, everything lags. I can't even quit the game without resetting my computer. Sounds like others have had issues too. All my drivers are updated and I fulfill the requirements so no reason why it can't play this game.

The mouse does not work in the game. works in the menus but not in the game itself. The setting menus should have an accept button, but under the mouse settings this button is missing. If you jump between graphics settings and mouse, you see that it exists but the text in the button disappears. Unable to save changes such as selecting invert mouse which makes the game unplayable for me now

Yes and you may have to delete the save folder again. I recommend not changing anything at all and only playing with original key bindings. unfortunately it is not an option for me

I have tried a few approaches and found one that works to reverse the Y-axis in game.
Using this method your mouse movements on the desktop or in-game menu will be unaffected.
Only when the pointer is not visible the inversion will work. ( Which is super Good!!)

Below are the steps to follow: -

Go to this link and download RawAccel_v1.4.4.zip
Extract it and install using the installer
Restart your pc (Important)
Go to this link and download InvertMouse.zip
Extract it and run InvertMouse
You're all set to go!! Keep it running in the background and enjoy your game.

Even though this is the best approach I've found, there are a few issues I'd like to mention:-

The transition time between inversions is 1 second. So, Wait 1 second after entering the pause menu for the application to switch the mouse Y-axis.
The Y-axis sensitivity is slower than X-axis. If the game provides an option to set the sensitivity of the X and Y axis separately . You are good to go!!

For anyone encountering fatal errors leading to crashes You will have to manually uninstall “The Isle” from Steam. This issue is typically caused when someone switches from the Legacy to the EVRIMA branch.
Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

Ok so I have the issue with the controllers. I know I have to delete the save app folder which I do but that means I cannot in any way change the controller functions? Anyone having the following issue and already tried to manually uninstall and reinstall, may need to upgrade from Windows 7. It is believed that this OS can cause the issue to occur. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft anyways and it is an OLD Operating System. Also I have found that many people that run windows 10 that have this issue are using below the recommended GPU for The Isle Evrima. You may need to upgrade your system. Our answer to any issue you have if it is below recommended will end up being "Upgrade your system". You may have an unstable version of Windows as well, If it's not a GPU under our recommended minimum specs. Try reinstalling Windows if that's the case.

If none of the above works, you likely have too old a GPU and need to upgrade your PC or, you can wait for a possible update or fix. Evrima is a new game, it has new tech in it, it will not be as easy to run as Legacy. If you find yourself having this specific error, you're likely needing to upgrade your pc, or consider the switch over to Geforce Now, which can run The Isle Evrima very well, depending on which subscription you get.

Can anyone help me with Evrima? everytime i spawn in, the map doesnt load and i'm falling through the map, there has even been a time when i had left for 20-30 minutes and nothing has still loaded in. This has been happening for awhile now btw ! so some help would be lovely ! 😅

Is there a fix for the EAC issue for GeForce now players yet??? Been weeks at this point. And no solution in the pinned fixes does not work for GeForce now players (which are the only people having the issue at this point), it only fixes it for non GeForce now players. I paid for this game and have been unable to play Evrima for months now. Would like to know if a solution is in the works or if GeForce now players will not be able to play for the foreseeable future.

Anyone has a fix for the "Not being able to join servers" thing?

When i click a server to join (Any, Unoffical or Official, high or low ping) it shows "Data Acquisition" screen for 1-2 seconds, and then disappears. I can continue to try and join servers, but it will just make the said message appear for some seconds, and disappear. Anyone has this problem? I didn't play this game in ages, i really want to do it again xD

This game now have rly bad fps drops, i played evrima 1 month ago with stable 60fps and now i have max 20-25 (Epic settings) and i have rly good PC with i9-12900K and gpu RTX3080Ti (game is on SSD). Hello, so i had a question. I accidently reset my settings on the Isle, and now i cant use my mouse to look around. Can anyone help me with this, with reconfiguring my settings so i dont have to use a controller, with my keyboard.

It'll also reset all of your graphics, so be sure to double check any changes you want to make to them
