For those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Go to the game folder. Right click game in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Should send you here: steamapps\common\The Isle

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.
Run the game, now it installs EasyAntiCheat for you.

• Right Click The Isle [Evrima] in steam.
• Properties
• Local Files
• Browse
• Open EasyAntiCheat Folder
• Double click EasyAntiChaet_EOS_Setup. Most likely nothing will happen.

Yeah it's really buggy, had to unpair and re-pair, relog and things like that to get it to work in the past. Mostly it works first time though. Nothing you can do to fix it, making a bug report can help the devs fix it though.

hello, good evening, I would like to know how I could configure my GtX1650Ti card to envrima since it goes to 20 or 10 fps when before I used to go 120 or more?

Evrima is unplayable for me. If I have all my settings to the lowest point it still can't run. The issue it has is it takes 10 mins to load and then the audio is completely choppy and disorienting. My computer isn't the best but can run most things on medium settings and can run legacy on high. Is evrima just that beefy that I'd need a complete new top of the line PC or am I better off waiting to see if it runs better later on? I can't afford to buy a new PC, let alone just to allow me to play 1 game. Evrima used to run seemlessly on a silly old laptop that was no where near as good as my pc

Type cmd in the start search menu, right-click on it and select Run as Administrator.

Once the command prompt is open, you can now disable the DEP by entering the following command line.

And to enable it back,

bcdedit.exe /set nx AlwaysOn

I think I have a problem to do with Anti Cheat. I went to the game files directory and tired to open up the anti cheat to install again or repair. It doesn't open up. It opens up some command prompt thing and closes nothing happens. I think maybe there's something wrong with anti cheat that's causing problems with official servers. But I can still play unofficial so that's confusing. I can't play official this happens when I try to login.

It seems that there is a bug in this version, that is, when a dinosaur jumps into the water when it moves fast, it has a chance to trigger this bug. The server log shows that the dinosaur swims too fast and is kicked out, and then the player's Dinosaurdata is deleted

It shouldn't delete the dinosaur, but yeah seen that bug. You should see a line further up containing 'swimming to fast' . The ant cheat changes they added kicks people in several circumstances because it thinks they are speed hacking. A carno charging a tree often causes it for example. edit. i see the 'swimming to fast' line in your pic, my eyes are not awake yet

For those with that "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" issue, there are some steps you can do to solve it

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle"

there is a file called InstallAntiCheat.bat, just run it and try running the game again.

Go to the game folder. Right click game in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Should send you here: steamapps\common\The Isle

Delete EasyAntiCheat folder.
Then Verify intergrity of game files.

After this the game should download an insignificant small amount of files.
Run the game, now it installs EasyAntiCheat for you.

• Right Click The Isle [Evrima] in steam.
• Properties
• Local Files
• Browse
• Open EasyAntiCheat Folder
• Double click EasyAntiChaet_EOS_Setup. Most likely nothing will happen.

My thumb button keybinds wont bind correctly. They will randomly bind to number 3 and 6 instead of thumb mouse button 1 and 2. anyone know how to fix this? I have had these keybinds for months without issue and today it broke (I have already tried deleting the config folder)

hmm, you could try manually setting it ?
I never tried that though, and I don't know if it works or results in issues.
Though if it does jsut resetting your configs should get you back to the point you are at right now

Since you already deleted the configs once you should know where they are, go to that folder and to "WindowsClient". Then open the "GameUserSettings.ini"

if you scroll down you'll find the ActionMappings, you could try changing those

I know it is a silly question but I can't seem to get the manual ban to work. I have have added the steam id, reason, length of ban, then click manual ban, nothing happens. I check in my server under players and bans and there is nothing there. I check player bans in evrima and there is nothing listed. The player in question is not online. I have banned them in Legacy and am trying to ban them in Evrima and can't get it to work, what am I doing wrong? Plz help! ❤️

it's a new issue from the latest updates ): There's no fix for it so far.
From how I understood it it's mainly the EAC thinking you're cheating and then kicking you.
The main trigger for this seems to be the Carno charge
